Apartament Pero

The apartment is located in the central street of Pero, in the center, near the Pero metro and Fiera Milano Rho.

It is an attic in an independent villa with a comfortable sleeping area, relaxing main room, terrace and private bathroom. For hot days you can enjoy the air conditioning. The area is well served, there are many bars, pizzerias, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, laundries and a large playground equipped for children.

The center of Milan is easily reachable in a few minutes by subway or by car. Free parking for cars is 50 meters from the house. Parking in front of the house is free from 19. 30 to 8. 30 and on Sundays all day.

A few kilometers away there is a freeway for all directions.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double sofa bed communicating with a living room / kitchenette with a queen size sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a terrace. In total there are 4 beds. The main room in the kitchen area has a sink, a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, a single induction plate for cooking. The whole apartment is covered by wifi. There is a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, towels and a hairdryer. The kitchen has everything you need, plates, glasses, pans etc. Packs of sugar, coffee, tea, herbal tea, salt and oil provided. Guests staying at least three days will be given a welcome drink and a snack (bottle of water, bottle of Italian wine and savory snacks).

We don't serve breakfast.

The terrace (10 sqm) is equipped with a table, deck chairs and ashtray. You can organize your lunches comfortably and enjoy moments in complete relaxation in the shade of a wooden patio.

There is no gas for cooking in the apartment.

The entrance is shared with the owners while the apartment is dedicated exclusively to guests. Guests are provided with the landlord's phone number / whatapp for any need at any time.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

It's request tourist tax of 2. 00 Euro per adult per night.

MILAN FAIR | RHO
The entrance (South Gate) is easily reachable in 8 minutes on foot or one subway stop (Rho Fiera).

Fiera Milano in Rho is the largest exhibition park in Milan, the area where Expo 2015 was held.

In addition to the Fair, there are also the Milan Innovation District (MIND) and the Expo 2015 Village.

MILAN UNDERGROUND
We are a 4-minute walk from the Pero metro station (red line MM1), the center of Milan can be easily reached in 20 minutes without changing lines.

In 15 minutes by subway you can reach the train station from where you can leave for Venice, Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Florence, the Ligurian Sea and many other places.

PLAYGROUND
The apartment is a 3-minute walk from a well-equipped playground for our younger guests, where they can play in complete tranquility.

SAN SIRO STADIUM
The San Siro Stadium is easily reachable in 10 minutes by car, 15 by Metro or 1 hour on foot.

MILAN INNOVATION DISTRICT (MIND) | EXPO 2015 VILLAGE
The gate (Triulza West Entrance) is easily reachable in 30 minutes on foot from the house, in 8 minutes by car or one stop by subway (Rho Fiera).

Experience is the urban park born in the area of Expo 2015 (called Mind - Milan Innovation District).

During the summer season it hosts events for young and old, concerts and shows, as well as the inevitable Tree of Life shows.

Access to events is possible from the West Triulza entrance, where the ticket office is also located, it is also the closest to the parking area and to the metro and train stations.
