Just 5 minutes from the motorway (Palmanova tollboot), it is situated in a strategic position within a short drive of the region's main sights like Aquileia, Cividale, anche the reowned seaside resorts of Grado and Lignano. Suitable for families and the individual guest alike, it boasts 4 comfortable en-suite rooms complete with alla facilities, including air conditioning, style furniture and quality finishings.

Alessandro and Eleonora welcomed us with great conviviality in their beautiful bed and breakfast. They gave us all the necessary information to visit the area and find places to eat. The place is very quiet, very beautiful, and very well maintained and cared for. We will happily return.

The managers were very kind and attentive. The room and the bathroom were very clean, as well as the rest of the spaces. The inner courtyard of the Casa della Fornace is charming. Highly recommended!

Beautiful structure located in a village, rooms with spacious and comfortable bathrooms, abundant breakfast, delightful, welcoming, kind, helpful, generous owners who also provide information on the area and typical restaurants-taverns. We felt very comfortable as if we were at home. Highly recommended this bed & breakfast.

It is hard to find a better structure than this one. A courtyard renovated with great attention to detail. The owners are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten leider nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise gebucht, was schade war, denn es ist eine unglaublich schöne Unterkunft. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, extrem sauber mit einer wahnsinnig netten Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen es war, als ob man bei Freunden zu Besuch war. Das Haus hat sehr viel Atmosphäre und wir hätten noch mehrere Nächte verbringen können. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. K.

Una bellissima struttura gestita da due bellissime persone, che, visti i momenti tanto enunciati come critici ed economicamente non tanto positivi, si sono messi in gioco. Siamo stati ospitati nel loro appartamento per la colazione ed il gesto ha una rilevanza impagabile. Io mia moglie ed i miei consuoceri non potremmo mai dimenticare questa brevissima ma significativa esperienza.

Bellissima struttura e accoglienza familiare. La localizzazione è ideale per raggiungere comodamente le principali località di interesse in Friuli. Eleonora e Alessandro sono prodighi di consigli e indicazioni (sulle mete da visitare, le trattorie in cui cenare). Siamo stati davvero bene.

Ho riservato questa struttura per i miei genitori e una coppia di amici. Sono rimasti molto soddisfatti sia della struttura sia dall'accoglienza e disponibilità di Eleonora (sempre pronta a fornire informazioni e suggerimenti). Hanno trovato il B&B estremamente pulito e accogliente e la colazione abbondante e molto gustosa. Struttura altamente consigliata.

Io, mia moglie, il nostro Labrador e i miei genitori siamo stati benissimo. La struttura è bellissima e la quiete che la circonda fa veramente rilassare. Alessandro ed Eleonora sono due persone veramente stupende; disponibili, gentili e pronte a metterci subito a nostro agio. Ci hanno suggerito dei tour nel Friuli e Slovenia che senza di loro non avremmo mai percorso. Sicuramente terremo la Casa della Fornace in considerazione come punto di partenza per scoprire tante altre mete del Friuli. Un arrivederci e grazie di tutto, Luca, Silvia & Pete.

B&B molto buono. Ottimo l'alloggio, ristrutturato benissimo e molto confortevole. Molto disponibili i coniugi gestori. Per un week-end o tre/quattro giorni in terra friulana è un ottima sistemazione, vista anche la posizione centrale per poter visitare vari luoghi storico, paesaggistico, culturali (ma anche per andare al mare), di quella parte di regione.
