Welcome to B&B Ai Tigli, a newly built bed and breakfast created from the renovation of a typical Friulian house with exposed beams. Located in a peaceful and quiet area, it is only a few minutes away from the historic center of Udine and the Giovanni da Udine Theater.
It is the ideal place for those who stay in the city and desire a comfortable environment, in a green and tranquil corner. Come visit us, you will find a familiar and peaceful atmosphere.
The house, arranged over two floors with independent entrance and private parking, has a living room for breakfast and moments of relaxation with direct access to the garden.
Available are a double room with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and on the first floor, two rooms with a shared bathroom equipped with a shower, ideal for families and groups.
Our rooms are furnished with simplicity and harmony. All rooms have private toilet facilities with a shower or bathroom. Bed linen, towels, and a hairdryer are included.
Possibility of washing machine service.
Two parking spaces, one of which is covered.
Free internet connection.

Breakfast
We believe that breakfast is an important part of our B&B. It's the time when I can take care of my guests.
We will not miss fresh croissants and coffee or cappuccino, our specialty. We also have a wide range of teas and herbal teas. There will be a buffet of butter and jams, fruit juice, Nutella, muesli and yogurt. Upon request, we also prepare savoury dishes: fresh bread, toast, ham, cured meats and cheese, hard-boiled eggs, all served buffet-style.
During the good season, we serve breakfast in our garden, surrounded by greenery.

It was a pleasure to stay at this property and to meet Mrs. Manuela, a truly delightful person with whom I also had an exchange about books to read. The house is new, very clean, and with all the comforts. Excellent breakfast with fresh pastries. I highly recommend it.

I recommend this B&B because it is affordable, but not for this reason of poor quality, on the contrary. The area is central but very quiet, there is the possibility to park the car inside the courtyard but also outside there is space without problems. Excellent cleanliness of the room (air-conditioned), perhaps the bed is a bit soft but this is a personal taste and habit evaluation, which cannot detract from the excellent overall opinion of my stay. The breakfast is also very good, made even more enjoyable by the conversations exchanged with Emanuela, an excellent host, smiling and attentive to the needs of her guests. It is not taken for granted to find all this. If I were to return to Udine, it will definitely be my first choice and I recommend it.

Perfect stay. Courtesy and availability of the owner, perfect location, close to the center. Possibility to park the bike inside. Excellent breakfast. If I were to return to Udine, I will stay again at B&B Ai Tigli.

The B&B Ai Tigli is a little gem. The lady who runs it is friendly, kind, and helpful. After a few minutes, you feel at home. The breakfast is varied and well taken care of in every detail. We felt more than good. We highly recommend it.
