Holiday home "Storia e Natura" (loc. S. Zili n. 2 / C / 4 33051- Aquileia (UD), tourist apartment in a small condominium of recent construction, surrounded by greenery in an oasis of peace, furnished and equipped, equipped with all comforts: (linen with weekly change, air conditioning, free wifi, underfloor heating, kitchen use, washing machine.. etc.), it enjoys an exceptional strategic position being just a few steps from the center of Aquileia, 10 km. from Grado (Island of the sun) also reachable by bicycle with the new cycle path that crosses the Grado Lagoon with a breathtaking view. Not far from the Roman River Port, the Majestic Basilica, the famous Mosaics, the Roman Archaeological Finds, the Museums (Archaeological and Early Christian) and not far from all the main towns of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The Holiday Home consists of a large living room with a fully equipped and equipped kitchenette ideal for cooking, hallway, large bedroom with double bed and a third single bed or three single beds, possibility of a fourth single bed in the living room, large bathroom, two terraces overlooking the garden of the building and a municipal playground, large outdoor parking and garage for free bicycles.

Apartment located in a quiet area, very close to the center of Aquileia, in turn close to Grado, where you can also get there by bike thanks to the spectacular cycle path that connects the centers. The manager Carlo is a very helpful person and a mine of information on what you can do and see in the surroundings. As soon as we arrived, he showed us the apartment and explained everything in great detail! Even though we only stayed one night, we were very comfortable and if we were to come back to the area, we would definitely come here, highly recommended!

It is a real and very new apartment equipped with care in a recently built residential building in a quiet little neighborhood we felt at home with a very generous breakfast and a warm welcome from the owner. Also very convenient parking!

I had already been there a few years ago, I returned and, when I happen to be in the area again, I will return. Quietness, cleanliness, friendliness, and breakfast plentiful and of exquisite quality. A few steps away, the second largest and most important Roman archaeological site in northern Italy. And the wonderful Patriarchal Basilica.

Let's start by saying that what is contained in the description of the property is exactly true. A house in contact with the beautiful Friulian countryside and a few hundred meters from the ancient river port of Aquileia. Quiet environment, sufficiently far from the noise of the traffic on the road artery between Grado and Cervignano, excellent for a good night's rest. Still a strategic position for travel in all directions to visit the main locations of the region and why not, even Venice leaving the car in Cervignano and continuing comfortably by train. It's also easy to reach Grado by bike with a bike path of over 10 km, which starts right at the entrance of the archaeological site of the river port. The room and the bathroom where we stayed (we were 3) were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We stayed for 4 nights. Overall excellent value for money. The managers Carlo and Denisa are affable people with a completely spontaneous courtesy that we appreciated and will not forget.

Extremely clean B&B with fantastic hosts. Carlo and Denisa were so helpful and accommodating to us throughout our stay that it made our trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommended. Breakfast was great and as we stayed a few nights, Carlo changed it up so it wasn’t the same every day.

Posto strategico per muoversi in zona e molto tranquillo. Grande disponibilità del titolare nel fornire utili informazioni sia su Aquileia che su Grado, utilizzate con successo. Il poco tempo a disposizione mi ha comunque fatto apprezzare la spontanea gentilezza della coppia marito e moglie che hanno in gestione la struttura di proprietà. Ci ritornerò in un prossimo futuro.

Nei giorni scorsi siamo stati ospiti per un breve soggiorno al B&B Immersi Nella Storia e Nella Natura di Aquileia (Udine), il bed and breakfast dove abbiamo alloggiato, è situato vicino alla celebre basilica patriarcale, alle vestigia del foro romano e a resti dell’antico porto fluviale. L’edificio è immerso nella natura lussureggiante della bassa friulana, nella pace più assoluta. La stanza comoda, il bagno grazioso e tutto molto pulito ed in ordine. Per chi come noi, vuole utilizzare le giornate di vacanza a visite culturali si trova in ottima posizione a pochi chilometri da località naturali e storiche. Complice il tempo, poco soleggiato, abbiamo potuto beneficiare di una terra bella e variegata come il Friuli Venezia Giulia con città ricche di storia come Trieste, Udine, Gorizia, borghi storici come Cividale del Friuli e luoghi suggestivi come la laguna di Grado e Marano Lagunare o il castello di Duino. Un grazie speciale al signor Carlo e alla gentile consorte Denisa per la loro disponibilità e simpatia, per le abbondanti e ottime colazioni e per i consigli forniti, sia per la visita alle località e sia per i ristoranti dove fermarci per una cena ristoratrice dopo giornate intense dedicate alla scoperta di una terra ricca di bellezze naturali, di storia e di arte.

Coccolati come in hotel, amati come a casa propria. Immersi nel verde della campagna friulana, a pochi passi dalla storia e dal mare. I gestori del B&B, Carlo e Denisa, sono molto cordiali e simpatici, ci hanno piacevolmente intrattenuto e informato con puntualità su tutto quanto si poteva vedere in zona. la stanza era comoda e il bagno ampio, nuovo e pulitissimo. ci sono stati forniti tutti i servizi di cui avevamo bisogno, il silenzio ci ha fatto dormire tranquillamente e al risveglio abbiamo trovato una colazione deliziosa. la posizione si è rivelata ottima per la visita di Aquileia e per una passeggiata pomeridiana a Grado. lo consigliamo vivamente.

Posizione della struttura ottima per visitare Aquileia e dintorni. I padroni di casa gentilissimi e molto cordiali e disponibili, forniscono moltissime info sui luoghi da visitare e sui ristoranti da provare. La colazione ottima e abbondante con dolce e salato a volontà. Le stanze belle di atmosfera, pulite e bagno altrettanto pulito. Siamo state viziate. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Tranquillo e distintissimo B&B fortemente connotato dalla cura e presenza dei gestori (signori Carlo e Denisa) che si prodigano veramente per farti sentire a casa ed a fornirti informazioni sui luoghi, percorsi e servizi che possono essere molto utili per un piacevole soggiorno. La disponibilità ristretta a poche camere contribuisce a creare un clima domestico ed informale. Lo consiglierei a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere qualche giorno ad Aquileia ma anche a fare base per dei piacevoli tour in zona.

Ho soggiornato in questa magnifica struttura con un gruppo di amici, soltanto per due giorni ma, nonostante la brevità del soggiorno, abbiamo potuto apprezzare la squisita accoglienza dei signori Carlo e Denisa: comodità della casa, pulizia, tranquillità, cura dei particolari, presentazione di una super colazione, vicinanza a luoghi di grande interesse, gentilezza, consigli e suggerimenti precisi. Sono tutte qualità che fanno valutare la struttura in modo estremamente positivo, veramente da consigliare.

Abbiamo trascorso la Pasqua dai signori Denisa e Carlo, nel loro delizioso bed and breakfast. Sabato ci hanno accolti con un sorriso, un rinfresco, e ci hanno guidati verso le comode stanze che ci avevano riservato, una delle quali con Il bagno privato, tutto pulito e fresco. La campagna intorno ed il silenzio ci hanno garantito un periodo di riposo rigenerante e l'accoglienza dei padroni di casa ci ha sorpreso. Siamo stati accolti come se fossimo stati dei parenti e con il passare delle ore questa sensazione è stata confermata dalle mille attenzioni dei proprietari. Non sentivamo neppure il bisogno di chiudere la porta delle stanze a chiave: eravamo davvero "a casa"! Al mattino la padrona di casa ci ha ricevuti in una sala con il camino acceso, dove ci ha servito un'abbondante e ottima colazione e il signor Carlo ci ha fornito tante utili informazioni sul territorio. Le camere vengono sempre rifatte dai signori che rimangono a disposizione dei clienti. È possibile visitare i meravigliosi siti archeologici poco distanti e recarsi anche in bicicletta a Grado, poco distante. Consigliatissimo.

We stayed there for 3 nights, the place is clean and comfortable, the people are very friendly and are willing to help you any time. The breakfast was excellent and Carlo always made sure we had cold water or a bottle of wine. We would highly recommend this B&B. Thank you Carlo and your wife for the great time.. Dzidra and Peter.

Aquileia e i dintorni sono posti meravigliosi. La struttura è bellissima, pulitissima oltre ogni aspettativa, posizione baricentrica rispetto agli scavi romani. La tranquillità è assoluta, i gestori sono due persone squisitissime e disponibilissime oltre ogni limite. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale., con colazioni memorabili. Struttura da provare, anche per visitare posti veramente meritevoli. Un bellissimo ricordo che speriamo di rinnovare. Alessandro ed Elisabetta, Sestri Levante (Genova).

Il B&B Storia e Natura è splendido. I proprietari sono persone discrete ma molto disponibili e di ottima compagnia. È situato in una posizione strategica per la visita delle località storiche limitrofe. È immerso in una quiete impagabile, circondato dal verde e dotato di una fontana di acqua freschissima e da due piante di fichi squisiti. Speriamo di poterci tornare. Giovanna e Valerio da Cremona.

Posto fantastico. Immerso nella natura. Ad Aquileia dove la tranquillità e l'ospitalità sono di casa. I proprietari Carlo e Denisa sono persone splendide. Cordiali e di buona compagnia. La camera e pulitissima e la colazione è al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. Strategico per raggiungere località quali Grado, Trieste, Udine Palmanova ecc.
