Great facility. Spacious and bright room, clean. Mr. Enrico welcomed us warmly and efficiently and courteously explained how to move around the facility. Very satisfied.

Excellent location, very central and convenient to the parking lot which is just a few steps away. Mr. Enrico, the manager of the structure, is extremely helpful and friendly. Recommended.

Excellent facility located in the center of Parma with the possibility of parking the car (for a fee) a few meters away. The owner proved to be very kind and available for any need right from the start. The room is very comfortable, clean and quiet...highly recommended!

Easter in Parma. Beautiful structure in an excellent central location. Spacious rooms and nice bathroom with large shower. Equipped with all the comforts, minibar, safe and coffee and tea facilities. Enrico, the manager, a truly exquisite and hospitable person, very pleasant to have a chat with him. I highly recommend it.

Very central location, excellent cleanliness of the premises and the manager is exquisite. We arrived after 11 pm, he welcomed us in a very friendly manner. Excellent.
