A beautiful room, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need, is located in this B&B. The cleanliness is excellent and the manager is helpful and flexible. The location is good, right in the center. The only downside is the ZTL. The B&B is located in a full ZTL and not only was I not informed beforehand, but it does not offer the possibility of parking or a pass. Breakfast is included and is excellent, but needs to be taken outside. Despite this, I believe that the merits outweigh the flaws and I will return soon to enjoy this B&B.

All very well. Very clean. They do not accept card payments. It's centrally located, but a 30-minute walk from Reggio train station. Breakfast is at a bar on the same street. A coffee and a croissant. It doesn't have an elevator and it's on the second floor.

In struttura sono segnalate le numerose linee bus e il numero del taxi per potersi muovere agevolmente in città. La colazione prevede caffè o cappuccino e brioche, ma per lo stesso importo si può chiedere anche una colazione salata o più abbondante con l'aggiunta di una differenza. Buona serata!

The B&B is an apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. We were lucky, but if there were other families, there wouldn't be privacy. Another flaw found: Beautiful kitchen but cannot be used. However, I would gladly return for a weekend.

Grazie per la sua recensione, ci teniamo a sottolineare che ciascuno dei bagni è ad uso esclusivo della stanza e la struttura non è adatta per lunghi periodi, per queste esigenze abbiamo altre strutture. Inoltre come normativa regionale nessun B&B può dare l'uso cucina, abbiamo invece creduto di farvi piacere a farvi rientrare dopo la maratona per una doccia calda e lasciarvi la stanza fino al pomeriggio SENZA nessun sovrapprezzo. La casa è molto accogliente, abbiamo soggiornato 4 adulti, 2 ragazzi e una bambina, la posizione é ottima a due passi dal centro storico e la fermata dell'autobus vicinissima, la padrona di casa é molto cordiale, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Sono stata ospite della struttura soltanto una notte. La titolare è estremamente dolce e gentile. Molto disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La struttura in sé non rispecchia particolarmente i mie gusti ma questa è una cosa soggettiva. Le stanze erano pulite anche se ho trovato qualche piccola ragnatela.
Per il resto tutto bene. Ho dormito benissimo.

Bellissima casa, la signora che ci ha accolto è stata davvero accogliente e ospitale. Il bagno non è in camera ma è ben organizzato proprio di fronte alla stanza. La posizione è strategica a due passi dal centro con parcheggi pubblici vicini. Ottima impressione. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

Bello, comodo, ristrutturato benissimo, buona la colazione, disponibile la proprietaria, prezzo adeguato.
Unica pecca: la tripla col bagno in corridoio ad uso privato: 1) non puoi essere pienamente sicuro che non venga usato anche da altri; 2) scomodo doversi vestire di notte per andare in bagno per paura di incrociare altri ospiti e lo stesso dicasi per la mattina, quando devi andare in bagno e gli altri ospiti fanno colazione con la porta aperta, proprio di fronte alla porta del bagno.
Ci tornerò solo se potrò prenotare la doppia.

Disponibilità e gentilezza di Daniela ti accolgono in una dimora dai sapori antichi.
Ci si sente coccolati e un po in famiglia. Ricca colazione, pulizia e appunto cortesia.

Ho soggiornato al "IL Cortese" per alcuni giorni, poiché ho dovuto assistere mio padre durante un difficile intervento al cuore, e ho trovato un meraviglioso appartamento, pulito, silenzioso e gestito da persone deliziose e cordiali, che mi hanno reso il difficile soggiorno più sopportabile, per questo le ringrazio infinitamente e consiglio a tutti di soggiornare al "IL Cortese " di nome e di fatto!

Accoglienza e disponibilità davvero ottima. Abbiamo anche preso in prestito due biciclette per girare la città, siamo stati molto bene e la camera è davvero accogliente.
