The Oleandri is a unique Bed & Breakfast. It is actually a mini apartment with only one double room (also for single use) with the possibility of adding two more beds.
Complete with a private bathroom, a living room with a kitchen, and private parking with an automatic gate, it is ideal for those who need to stay close to a hospital patient.
In fact, its proximity to Santa Maria Nuova allows you to reach the hospital area in a 5-minute walk, and Villa Verde is a 10-12 minute drive away.
Unfortunately, due to allergies, we cannot accommodate pets.

I had a really great experience. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a garden and has an independent entrance, with parking available. The location is very convenient due to its proximity to the hospital, which is particularly useful for those, like me, who walk there. The managers are really kind and available for every guest's need. I felt really peaceful and comfortable, as if I were at home. I have already rebooked for the next occasion.

Very nice and welcoming place, with a very kind manager and a lot of tranquility. A green corner near the city center! We stayed briefly, but we really liked the place. To return soon!

Really nice structure located in a very quiet area and relatively close to the historic center of Reggio Emilia, which can be easily reached on foot in about 20 minutes; polite and helpful staff, breakfast free and abundant with packaged products, impeccable order and cleanliness. Overall, excellent experience!

I immediately fell in love with Gli Oleandri from the published photos and my expectations were fully met. The little apartment is perfect and equipped with all the comforts, as well as a wonderful garden. I needed a quiet place not too far from the center, also reachable on foot. Excellent value for money. The owners were very kind and discreet, yet welcoming. In case of returning to Reggio Emilia, it will be my pleasure to confirm my trust in Gli Oleandri, where I had a great time. I highly recommend it.

The little apartment is delightful and equipped with all the comforts, as well as a wonderful garden. The property is in a perfect location for those who need to reach the hospital. I was impressed by the kindness and availability of the whole family. I was supposed to stay only a few days but I found myself stuck due to the situation of this period. The family made me feel more than a guest, I felt at home like with a sister. Thank you Alba, thank you for everything to you, your husband, and your daughter, you made me feel special.

Cercavo un B&B vicino all'ospedale di Reggio Emilia e la scelta è caduta su Gli Oleandri perché era il più vicino. In effetti è un appartamentino completo di tutto, cucina soggiorno molta ampia con tv divanetto e wi-fi forno e frigorifero grande, bagno con doccia grande, camera da letto. A tutto questo si aggiunge la disponibilità e cordialità dei gestori. Se dovessi ritornare sarebbe il primo che contatterei.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con mia madre, I proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili, casa molto carina e molto curata, dotata di tutti I servizi necessari. Bel giardino, posizione tranquilla e molto comoda per chi ha necessità di soggiornare vicino all'ospedale. Non lontana dal centro.
La consiglio vivamente.
