Casa Curcio is a brand new and spacious three-bedroom apartment of 70 square meters, completely renovated in 2023. Located on the first floor of a historic building dating back to 1935, Casa Curcio is situated near one of the main arteries of the city, a strategic point that allows easy access to all major points of interest, both by public and private transportation.
The apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, and a large bathroom. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a spacious kitchen supplied with all the necessary utensils for cooking and a comfortable double sofa bed. The bedrooms are respectively furnished with a double bed and two single beds, both with Memory Foam mattresses for maximum comfort, as well as a large wardrobe. All rooms in the house are equipped with 43-inch Smart TVs connected to the internet, air conditioning, and heating systems. The large bathroom has a spacious modern floor-level shower, as well as all the basic necessities. Overlooking the courtyard, there is a small terrace where smoking is allowed.
The entire property is equipped with ultra-fast WiFi connection. A 10% discount is available at nearby restaurants/bars and establishments in the city center. Free parking is available for small/medium-sized cars (upon request only). Night booking service and last-minute check-in are available. Staff is available throughout the stay to fulfill guests' requests and needs, even at night.

The owner was very kind and very helpful. Located near the center, the station, and the airport, well served by public transport. The apartment was very clean and perfectly in order, it also has a bathroom with a beautiful shower cabin, the beds are very comfortable and overall the decor is pleasant. The stay was pleasant and everything went very well, if I had to return to the city I would come back here because both the manager and the house were impeccable!

Everything was great. Casa Curcio is clean and spacious, in a strategic position, close to the train station, convenient to easily reach both the city center and the fair. Mattia was helpful and very kind. Excellent value for money. I will definitely come back.

Renewed apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Great location, close to the central station and within walking distance of the city center. The place is clean and tidy, with plenty of room for 4 people. Mattia was super nice and helpful. We highly recommend this place for your stay in Bologna and would definitely repeat.
