Description

The structure is located in the center of the open-air museum dedicated to Maestro Angelo Biancini and is located inside a building from the early twentieth century.

It is very quiet, peaceful and with convenient parking outside, free and usually not crowded; in front of the B&B there is an Urban Park equipped with games for children.

In the historic center of Castel Bolognese very well served by public transport, buses, trains.

I am a straightforward man who enjoys tending to my garden, eating the vegetables I grow, taking walks by the river near my home, reading at the park across from my house. When I can, I happily travel. I opened a B&B because I enjoy meeting new people, and it brings me great pleasure when they feel at home. Typically, guests arrive as clients and leave as friends.

Very convenient location in the center of Castel Bolognese; spacious kitchen well stocked with utensils and also with fruit, biscuits, and other good things for breakfast. It has everything: music, TV, travel books, and cookbooks. From the windows, a view of a park, very private. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing.

Courtesy and complete availability, the best welcome a guest can receive. From the first phone contact, Roberto showed an uncommon courtesy. Despite the special period due to the pandemic, he agreed to host me for just one night. He welcomed me offering a bottle of homemade wine, water, and fresh seasonal fruit. We 'chatted' like two friends reuniting after a long time. The cleanliness, the comfort of the room, the silence, the tranquility, but above all Roberto... thank you from the bottom of my heart, I felt at home. I will be back soon!

Sono stato ospite del B&B km 70 in occasione del concerto dei Guns n Roses a Imola e posso dire con certezza che pulizia, cortesia, simpatia ed educazione sono di casa. Su Roberto il titolare posso solo dire che sono arrivato come cliente è sono andato via come amico.. dunque chi si trovasse ad andare da quelle parti consiglio vivamente il km 70 B&B anche se non sono rimasto molto (solo 3 notti) sono state sufficienti per meritarsi il mio pieno apprezzamento.

Mi capita di dormire fuori casa di frequente per lavoro ma in questa occasione ero insieme ad amici, sono arrivato da Roberto e mi sembrava di entrare a casa di uno di questi amici. Ho soggiornato una notte ma sembrava ci conoscessimo da sempre. L'ambiente accogliente, pulito e spazioso, la colazione ricca e piacevole ma il fiore all'occhiello è Roberto, uomo semplice, simpatico, piacevole, discreto, ospitale, disponibile e pronto a darti suggerimenti qual'ora ti servano. Caro Roberto siamo stati veramente molto molto bene, hai reso la nostra gita ulteriormente bella. Grazie Roberto.

Per via del lavoro che faccio nell'ultimo anno ho dovuto cambiare molti alloggi ma mai ho soggiornato così bene fuori di casa. Arrivato al bed and breakfast, che si trova in posizione centrale, sono stato accolto dal proprietario Roberto come fossimo amici da una vita. La struttura è nuova ed economica, le stanze sono spaziose, i letti comodissimi. Il bagno e le stanze sono sempre pulitissime e ordinate. Per quanto riguarda la colazione è abbondante e squisita. La cosa che mi ha colpito maggiormente è il clima sereno e familiare che si respira nel bed and breakfast. Roberto è un signore molto educato, serio e simpatico. Sono un tipo pignolo ma questa volta non riesco a trovare una nota sonata, questo bed and breakfast è assolutamente consigliato.

Io, mio marito e nostro figlio abbiamo soggiornato a Castel Bolognese in occasione di un battesimo. La struttura è centralissima. La stanza ampia e luminosa. Perfettamente pulito e ordinato. Il proprietario Roberto una persona squisita e accogliente. Colazione super con brioches della pasticceria migliore del posto. Cappuccino anche meglio che al bar. Come essere a casa propria, con l'aggiunta di essere coccolati e viziati. Co torneremo!

Ho soggiornato nel B&B di Roberto per una sola notte in occasione del battesimo della bimba di un'amica che si è trasferita a Castel Bolognese per amore: -) ! Con me c'erano anche mia sorella e in un'altra stanza dei cari amici d'infanzia. Roberto è stato davvero super gentile ed ospitale e abbiamo condiviso un momento speciale la mattina a colazione! Il B&B è in una posizione molto comoda, le camere sono carine e molto pulite, il bagno in comune con le altre due camere. Ottima la comunicazione, siamo stati in contatto durante tutto il soggiorno e ciò ha reso sia il check in che il check out molto facili! La notte a Castello è silenziosissima! Un toccasana per chi viene dalla città! Esperienza positiva sotto tutti gli aspetti!

Disponibilità, cortesia, simpatia e cordialità del gestore, Roberto, fanno sì che ci si senta a casa propria in compagnia di un amico. Il luogo è facilmente raggiungibile e non ci sono problemi di parcheggio. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio.

Una "casa" accogliente e "charmante", calda e pulita, in un piccolo paese, tutto da scoprire. Un gestore, Roberto, semplicemente gentile. E.. un ottimo cuoco! Consiglio di soggiornare al KM 70.

Ospitalità e gentilezza sono le prime due cose che mi saltano in mente pensando al B&B km70. Il gestore pronto a tutto per farti sentire come fossi a casa tua ed è così che mi sono trovato. Ambiente pulito e carino. La prossima volta che passerò lì vicino non esiterò due volte a fermarmi di nuovo!

Cortesia, disponibilità, familiarità. Tre cose importanti, ricercate e ritrovate nella mia permanenza. Cortesia dall'inizio alla fine del soggiorno. Disponibilità dimostrata nelle possibilità di cena, di trasporto con la bici, e nell'ascolto attivo che ha permesso di scoprire meglio il luogo e le possibilità offerte. Familiarità nel rispetto reciproco anche dei propri tempi che consente di modulare la permanenza nel modo migliore. Esperienza da ripetere.

Gestore Sig. Roberto, gentilissimo, cordiale, ospitale. Ambiente famigliare, molto pulito, letti comodissimi, colazione ottima con brioches sempre fresche e di ottima qualità, latte, tè, caffè. Disponibilità di usufruire del frigorifero per le proprie cose. Offerto dal sig. Roberto uno spuntino di frutta per la giornata in fiera. Consiglio una visita del B&B e del paesino.

Amazing B&B. The owner, Roberto is very friendly and open-hearted. He really treated us as friends. The B&B is very clean and the breakfast delicious. Also the village, Castel Bolognese, is interesting to visit as it is an open-air museum, full of bronze statues. We will totally go back there! Great location to visit Faenza and Imola!
