Description
Arhet B&B is a delightful two-story villa with a garden that was completely renovated in April 2011.

The property is located approximately 1. 5 km from the historic center of the city of Parma and 440 meters from the Maggiore Hospital, very close to the center and excellently served by public transportation.

There are two options available:
- The first option is a double bed, wardrobe, satellite TV, and a small bathroom with a shower.

- The second option is a 40 sqm one-bedroom apartment with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, washing machine, and satellite TV.

The area is residential, so it is not heavily trafficked and quiet.

The entrance is independent and daily cleaning of the premises is provided; shower gel and shampoo are available.

Parking is free inside the courtyard.

Guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet connection.

Smoking is prohibited inside the room, but it is allowed on the panoramic balcony.

Wi-Fi connection is free.

Very helpful and friendly managers. New and very nice apartment, equipped with dishes for cooking and bath towels.\n\nUnfortunately, we could not use the parking space as it was already occupied by other guests, but there was a paid parking lot in front.

Well-furnished and independent rooms, with exclusive use of bedroom and bathroom. Very clean environments. Carefully prepared breakfast. In a quiet area and convenient to reach the city center by car or the ring road. Very helpful and precise manager. Recommended.

Vicina a ristoranti e pizzerie e situata in un'abitazione in zona residenziale e molto tranquilla, non molto distante dal centro di Parma (a piedi lo si raggiunge in 20 minuti), la stanza è piccola ma dotata di tutto (comodo letto matrimoniale, tv, grande armadio, bagno di ridotte dimensioni con doccia); i titolari, poi, sono persone disponibilissime e decisamente educate e cordiali. Per me e la mia ragazza è stata un'ottima esperienza!

Comodo al centro, pulito. Malgrado la vicinanza alla strada (piano terra con finestra praticamente sul marciapiede che ci ha un po' preoccupati appena arrivati) la notte è poco trafficata e quindi abbastanza silenzioso. La TV un pò piccola. Wi-fi buono.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti, l'appartamento pulito e confortevole e ristrutturato. Il signor Lino gentilissimo e la moglie davvero molto molto disponibile, da chiederci se avevamo bisogno di un ombrello ad accompagnarci alla fermata del pullman e aiutarci a fare l'abbonamento. Sono rimasta contentissima del mio soggiorno.

Ottimo bed and breakfast, situato vicino pochi minuti dal centro storico e dall'aeroporto. Proprietario molto gentile e discreto, il bagno in camera molto pulito. La pulizia generale e ottima, consiglio vivamente a tutti quelli che vogliono un B&B di qualità senza spendere una fortuna. Prezzo più che giusto.

Siamo arrivati al indirizzo scritto sul sito e abbiamo chiamato per scoprire che dovevamo andare da un altra parte. Quest'altro era pulito ma non ci hanno lasciato la password per il wifi, non c'era parcheggio in questa struttura anche se era previsto secondo il sito ed è tutto a pagamento intorno e soprattutto non c'era la colazione di mattina!

El apartamento esta muy bien, con todas las comodidades previstas y la habitacion es muy grande y espaciosa. Situado en una zona muy tranquila y residencial pero a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per una notte: la stanza è molto carina e pulita, sembra tutto nuovo! Il gestore è gentilissimo e disponibile, flessibile con gli orari di check-in (su richiesta). La zona è tranquilla, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Stra consigliato.

Praticamente un mini appartamentino in zona tranquilla con tutte le comodità, comoda per famiglie o piccoli gruppi. Il gestore è alla mano e disponibile, buoni i servizi e utile il posto macchina interno. Se torno a Parma spero di trovare ancora disponibile.

Molto comodo come posizione per chi deve soggiornare per necessità vicino all'Ospedale Maggiore. Pulito e con tutto ciò che serve per la colazione etc. Massima disponibilità dei proprietari.
