Description
Hospitality, kindness and tranquility is what you can find in a house built at the end of the 19th century, recently restored. We offer to our guests the only room used as a b & b, with a private bathroom, a/c, safe deposit-box, wi-fi, mini fridge, heating, private entrance, private parking. There is a space outside the room used for breakfast and for a moment of relaxation. Different beaches can be reached on foot or by car.

Area seaside
Maratea, the city of 44 churches, is the only outlet of Basilicata on the Tyrrhenian Sea. The town is located at the foot of Mount San Biagio, overlooking the Gulf of Policastro. The coastal slope is occupied by a Belvedere with the Statue of the Redeemer, which stands 22 meters tall, as well as the Basilica of San Biagio and the ancient village.

Along the coast, you can admire numerous watchtowers built in the 16th century and take a swim in one of the 22 beaches, some of which are only accessible by foot or by boat. In the Marina area, you can visit the picturesque caves of Maratea all year round.

We had a great time, Grazia was very attentive to our needs. Very abundant breakfast served outdoors in the middle of the greenery and peace that we appreciated a lot.

Very kind and super helpful owners. They can perfectly advise you on the best places to visit according to your needs. Really excellent breakfast, always served on time and modifiable and adaptable upon request. If there is one flaw, the location may be inconvenient to reach but it is absolutely worth it for the service offered. Highly recommended.

Molto gentili e disponibili i gestori, pulizia impeccabile, struttura silenziosa e tranquilla circondata dal verde. Un po' faticoso raggiungerla per la strada di accesso stretta, ma questo aspetto si supera facilmente raggiunto quel piccolo paradiso. Ottimi i dolci fatti da Grazia e dalla figlia per la colazione.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 fantastici giorni. La stanza, con ingresso indipendente, è nuova, curata, fresca e pulita giornalmente. La colazione super con marmellate, torte, frutta, il tutto rigorosamente fatto in casa. Splendido al mattino mangiare in giardino con i profumi dei fiori e delle piante che circondano la casa. Il valore aggiunto sono i padroni di casa Valerio e Grazia, che ti fanno sentire immediatamente a tuo agio, avendo cura dei minimi particolari per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile, senza mai essere invadenti. È la prima volta che recensisco, ma stavolta mi sento veramente di consigliarlo.

B&B con una sola stanza situata sotto l'abitazione dei proprietari, gestione familiare, accoglienza eccellente. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati, come essere a casa di amici. Il B&B si trova in una piccola e graziosa frazione di Maratea, Acquafredda, raggiungerlo in auto è semplice anche se la strada di accesso al B&B è piuttosto stretta. Le spiagge vicino al B&B sono 3 e sono molto belle con ciottoli e scogli. I ristoranti in zona sono raggiungibili a piedi.

La Rotondella è il miglior B&B in cui ho soggiornato. Il merito maggiore è della coppia di proprietari Valerio e Grazia, veramente molto gentili. La colazione era eccezionale, la camera pulitissima e silenziosa. L'unico neo la strada un po' stretta per arrivarci, ma una volta sul posto si può raggiungere a piedi la bellissima spiaggia della Luppa o quella più piccola del Porticciolo. Io e mia moglie siamo stati veramente bene e lo consigliamo.

Fantastico, unico neo: la strada per raggiungere il B&B, davvero molto stretta, ma questa difficoltà è risolta dai gestori che, gentilissimi, ti vengono incontro. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ci torneremo per un soggiorno vero e non di solo passaggio come questa volta.

Raggiungere la struttura è un po' difficoltoso ma una volta arrivati la difficoltà è annullata da una camera spaziosa e ben arredata, un bagno completo di tutto e pulitissimo, il letto molto comodo e in più l'ingresso indipendente è veramente riservato. La colazione è fantastica con frutta, torta, yogurt e quant'altro. Grazia e Valerio, i proprietari, disponibili e simpaticissimi tanto che in due giorni siamo diventati amici.

La camera e il bagno nuovissimi e finemente arredati. Pulizia eccellente, biancheria nuova e profumata. La colazione strepitosa. Tutti prodotti di ottima qualità, dolci fatti in casa e frutta fresca appena tagliata dall'albero. Valerio e Grazia sono persone squisite, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Le spiagge di Acquafredda sono belle e per gli amanti dello snorkeling tante grotte da esplorare.
