Exceptional place! The manager was very kind and polite. He even took the trouble to indicate on WhatsApp the location where to park, just a few minutes from the property. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well furnished. The breakfast area is also very nice and well stocked. I will definitely return.

If I had more votes, I would have given them. The manager is an extremely kind and exquisite person. The structure is very clean, fresh and new. In a central and very convenient location. Mine was a quick but very pleasant business stay, also due to the convenience of two nearby restaurants.

Very well-kept and clean structure, excellent value for money. The location of the property allows easy access to the sea or the various surrounding cities. The managers are really polite and helpful, offering to help us with any needs. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent structure, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Located in the historic center with free parking nearby. Management very present and attentive. Unfortunately, the Covid era has affected the breakfast offer, but the managers still do their best to make the stay enjoyable.

Questa struttura mi è piaciuta per la cordialità e disponibilità dello staff. L'angolo dedicato alla colazione è incorniciato da volte in pietra ed è arredato con gusto. La camera è spaziosa e si affaccia su un pittoresco vicolo del centro storico. In zona ci sono inoltre diversi negozietti nei quali si può fare shopping.

Ottima accoglienza. Struttura molto carina e centrale. Benché situata in zona pedonale, c'è possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. La pulizia giornaliera delle camere ed i cornetti caldi tutte le mattine fanno la differenza. E le attenzioni nei confronti di mio figlio vegano sono state la ciliegina sulla torta. Grazie di tutto. Buon anno nuovo e alla prossima.

B&B ben tenuto e accogliente. Gestione molto premurosa: per farmi sentire ancora più a casa, mi hanno fatto trovare per colazione un'ottima ciambella veg fatta in casa. L'unico voto basso (9) per la posizione: essendo situato in centro, caratterizzato da viuzze strette e zone pedonali, potrebbe essere difficile avvicinarsi in auto per scaricare i bagagli, ma comunque si può trovare parcheggio a non più di un centinaio di metri.

Bellissimo B&B, posto centralissimo in Modugno. Ho apprezzato molto la struttura, recente e ben tenuta, le pietre in tufo a vista in cucina sono una chicca! Le ho apprezzate tantissimo! I servizi in camera sono eccellenti, camere ben tenute e pulite, la presenza di shampoo, bagnoschiuma e dentifricio completano il tutto! Il proprietario è una persona gentile e molto disponibile! Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per qualche giorno, che dire. Fin da subito il Signor Pino è stato cordialissimo e si è subito dimostrato disponibile con noi. Il luogo è molto tranquillo perché è situato in alcune stradine all'interno di Modugno ma facilmente raggiungibile. È vicino a bar, ristoranti, banche, posta. La stanza era completa di tutti i comfort (shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon, dentifricio, asciugamani, tv, aria condizionata, wifi). La colazione servita in una cucina ben fornita di tutto, dai succhi di frutta al latte, biscotti, fette biscottate, nutella, marmellate e chi più ne ha più ne metta. La Signora Anna ci ha sistemato anche la cucina e la camera la mattina e non è da sottovalutare come comfort. Rapporto ottimo qualitá prezzo. Consiglio vivamente anche perché il paese è vicinissimo a Bari bella città ed è un punto strategico sullo spendere poco ed avere molte comoditá. Consiglio.

Ricavato da una antica abitazione del centro storico, attentamente ed efficacemente rivisitato e arredato in chiave moderna, ho avuto la possibilità e la fortuna di essere comodamente ospite di Anna e Pinuccio, persone squisite, premurose e gentilissime, ho potuto godere di un ambiente molto gradevole, tranquillo e confortevole. tariffe assolutamente convenienti. Tornerò sicuramente presto e molto volentieri.
