Description

The structure is formed of apartments recently reconstructed and furnished, located on the first and second floor of a building that is in partial renovation. The accommodations consist of litle apartments and single rooms, all equipped with kitchen corner and private bathroom and equipped with all comforts to make your stay pleasant to guests at our accommodation facility.

To reach the golden Jonio Sea you can follow a brief pleasurable passageway in the shade of the secular pine forest. At the end of this path you will note the opening of the emmence Sea with various private beach lido’s equipped with all needs, free beach space end a sea known for its high quality of water.

You can reach the sea without using transportation, so that the guests can enjoy in total relaxation their vacation.

In each room a Lavazza coffee machine is available to guests with various drinks in pods including: espresso coffee, decaffeinated coffee and ginseng. In addition to semi-skimmed and non-skimmed milk, it is possible to choose from a wide range of teas and herbal teas for every occasion and taste.

Different types of packaged products from the best brands are available, such as muffins and croissants, but also cereals and rusks, wholemeal and otherwise, to be filled with butter and jams of various flavors in single portions.

Our building is found two steps away from the beach in Marina di Ginosa, a tourist location in the coasts of the Jonica Tarantina, also assigned this year for the European Blue Flag Award.
Marina di Ginosa is reachable by car, train and busses.
The nearest airport is in Bari, about 90 km. away. It is easily assessable with a smooth drive thru the country roads.
Near by, within a 40 km ratio you will also find archealogical artifacts from Magna Grecia of Metaponto and Taranto, not to mention the area is filled with many rich cultural and historical sights. An example is I Sassi di Matera and the towns of Ginosa, Laterza, Castellaneta and Massafra.
Thanks to the nearness of the SS 106 Jonica, from Marina di Ginosa it is possible to reach all the important tourist sights of Puglia and Basilicata (ex: Martina Franca, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Fasano e Lecce).

We were guests of Mrs. Carmen, and it was a short but very pleasant stay. The internal structure is completely new. Carmen (she prefers informal address) does everything to make you feel at home. Crossing the pine forest behind the structure (just a stone's throw from the sea), you can access both the equipped beach (therefore for a fee) and the free one. The sea is spectacular, and having tried Bahia beach, I recommend it, both for the beach service and for the catering. It is frequented by young people, especially on Sundays, and therefore a bit noisy. Finally, let Carmen advise you on places to visit (pizzerias, restaurants, and markets). It was a short but intense vacation of relaxation, sea, and full immersion in the town of Ginosa. We will return next year!

I booked this accommodation online because I was looking for a place to spend a week by the sea. I had a great time, very comfortable accommodation, as the name suggests it is truly a stone's throw from the sea. The structure is clean, the room is spacious and equipped with everything, and there is also the possibility of using the kitchen. Mrs. Carmen was very kind and helpful with every request. Brand new rooms equipped with every comfort, amazing in-room kitchen equipped with everything: dishes, utensils, fridge, breakfast basket, and plenty of snack packs. Everything clean and close to the sea! Carmen is kind and friendly. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation near the sea!

The property is located in a garden in front of the pine forest from which you can reach the beach in a few minutes; the rooms are well organized and very clean. Our two-room apartment faces the pine forest with a small balcony and an area with table and armchairs under a pine tree. Privacy and relaxation guaranteed! The owner, Mrs. Carmen, is kind and helpful, she provided us with a well-stocked breakfast basket and an espresso machine, a pleasant surprise. Thank you! Maria Carmela and Demetrio.

Carmen is a friendly and helpful person, the room is new with all the comforts, once the external renovation works are finished it will be a jewel, given its location close to the pine forest that leads directly to the sea.

Between August and September, I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for over 10 days. The experience was very positive: Mrs. Carmen is a fantastic person, who wants to ensure the best for her guests. Breakfast is provided in the rooms with everything necessary, varied and abundant. The room cleaning is excellent. The accommodations are brand new and equipped with every comfort. Carmen is always extremely available to meet the tastes and needs of her guests, as well as always being kind and smiling. On this vacation, she turned out to be a bit like a "sister" to me, close but never intrusive, and she also knew how to advise me on many places: markets, restaurants, beaches... as well as being available to take care of receiving a second suitcase from the courier. The Bed and Breakfast is really close to the sea, which is easily and effortlessly reached on foot, but it is also convenient to the center with a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes. "A 2 passi dal mare" is a very welcoming Bed and Breakfast nestled near a huge pine forest, and its added value is definitely the owner! Memorable experience. Cleanliness, kindness, availability and absolute proximity to the sea. A few steps from the center as well. Bicycles available and parking. Breakfast in the room with packaged but branded products. There is a very convenient kitchenette in the room itself. Recommended!

I rated the structure 9 out of 10, only for the entrance stairs, for the rest the structure is strategically and peacefully located, close to the sea, with reserved parking. The owner, Mrs. Carmen, is very helpful and friendly, breakfast in the room autonomously, with availability and variety of choice, restocked every morning. Excellent cleanliness, large and spacious room, availability of dishes, glasses, and pots with a kitchenette for a frugal meal. More than positive experience, surely if we ever come back to those parts, to repeat. Thanks again to Mrs. Carmen, for the plants.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Carmen sono doti più uniche che rare. Il nostro appartamentino era molto comodo, doccia spaziosa, materasso confortevole. Si trova a 2-3 minuti a piedi dai due lidi più belli della zona (zanzibar e bahia) e si raggiungono tramite una stradina pedonale immersa nel verde. Noi siamo rimasti solo una notte ma consiglio questa struttura anche per chi deve rimanere più giorni, infatti ha un angolo cottura ben attrezzato, un frigo grande e la lavatrice. Devo essere sincera, appena arrivata Marina di Ginosa non mi ha colpito particolarmente, era anche una giornata con tempo brutto ma la gentilezza di Carmen e il lido di Zanzibar mi hanno fatto ricredere e passare un piacevole weekend.

Veramente vicino al mare e a 5 min a piedi dal centro. Consigliato per la famiglia. Carmen, la titolare, è il punto forte del B&b: disponibilissima e simpaticissima. C'è a disposizione il parcheggio.

Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, weil es 5 Minuten bis zum Strand war. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine für Kaffeekapseln. Es wurden viele Kaffeekapseln zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch die Lebensmittel für das erste Frühstück waren vorhanden.

Eccellente B&B situato veramente a due passi dal mare. La struttura esterna è in fase di ristrutturazione, quindi ancora un po grezza, ma i locali all'interno sono nuovi, pulitissimi e ben accessoriati. Il bilocale dove ho alloggiato, insieme alla mia famiglia, ha un ingresso autonomo, una cucina dotata di tutto, un bagno abbastanza grande dove si può usufruire anche di una lavatrice, una confortevole camera da letto, un terrazzino e un balconcino su un altro lato dove si possono stendere eventuali indumenti. Ottimo il servizio di pulizia e una colazione molto ricca. Per raggiungere il mare basta oltrepassare una pineta (attraverso un vialetto) che si trova alle spalle del B&B. Ma il punto forte è Carmen (la proprietaria), una signora molto accogliente, loquace e sempre disponibile.

Cercavamo un posto vicino al mare e abbastanza centrale che offrisse la possibilità di avere un piano cottura ad uso esclusivo al fine di poter gestire meglio i pasti per varie esigenze. Abbiamo scelto questo B&B (e abbiamo fatto benissimo). Il bilocale a noi assegnato è curato in ogni minimo dettaglio: la cucina (meravigliosa) è completa di ogni accessorio, il bagno è composto da una grandissima doccia (con la possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice), le finestre complete di zanzariere scorrevoli e tende, all'ingresso e in camera da letto ci sono i climatizzatori. Il bilocale è completamente nuovo, pulito e rifinito con la possibilità di utilizzare una connessione wi fi. Il soggiorno di una settimana è stato molto gradevole, tanto da aver pensato di prolungare. La casa è davvero a due passi dal mare, basta percorrere un breve tratto in pineta (a piedi o in bici) e ci si ritrova a mare, dove si può scegliere tra lidi attrezzati e spiaggia libera. La pulizia del locale avviene ogni giorno (ovviamente la pulizia della cucina e degli utensili utilizzati per il pranzo e la cena spetta all’ospite). La dispensa per la colazione abbondante e rifornita ogni mattina. La signora Carmen, nonché la titolare, è davvero molto dolce e disponibile, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza e ci ha davvero fatto sentire a casa. La struttura esterna è ancora grezza e non esprime perfettamente le caratteristiche interne, perciò non fatevi ingannare dall'esterno. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana davvero bella, in piena tranquillità, a contatto con la natura e nel bellissimo mare di Ginosa Marina. Ci torneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo, ormai abbiamo trovato il nostro posto del cuore.

Siamo stati qui circa una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La signora Carmen è stata davvero gentile e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La posizione del B&B è davvero ottima, soprattutto per chi, come noi, vuole tornare a "casa" per il pranzo perché la spiaggia (libera o lidi) è davvero vicina alla struttura. C'è anche la possibilità del parcheggio e quindi ci si può dimenticare di avere la macchina!

La struttura è vicinissima al mare a cui si accede attraversando una pineta attrezzata. C'è la possibilità di scegliere tra spiaggia privata e pubblica. La posizione è ottima perché abbastanza tranquilla di sera anche nel fine settimana e a piedi si raggiungono facilmente bar, ristoranti e altri servizi. Gli appartamenti sono ben arredati e dotati di ogni confort. I gestori della struttura sono anche molto cordiali e e vicini alle esigenze dell'ospite.

La struttura é ancora in fase di rifinitura ma l´interno e nuovo, ben arredato, pulito e comodo veramente a due passi dal mare. Complimenti ai gestori pronti a tutto e volenterosi di migliorare il tutto. Mi sono trovato bene con mia moglie nativa del Kazachistan ho percorso 1345 Km vengo dalla Germania ma li percorrerlo anche gli anni seguenti. Da consigliare.

Nonostante alcune camere del B&B erano in fase di finitura lavori non siamo mai stati disturbati in nessun modo ne da rumori o altro e devo aggiungere che la signora Carmen come i figli sono straordinariamente gentili e disponibili. Grazie Carmen.

La camera da me richiesta era con angolo cottura dotato di tutti gli strumenti necessari per cucinare. Appena ristrutturato e quindi a dir poco splendente! Le stanze vengono pulite giornalmente così e le lenzuola e gli asciugamani cambiati un paio di volte alla settimana. La colazione è abbondante e disponibile in stanza nell'angolo cottura. Televisore in camera, aria condizionata e addirittura zanzariere alle finestre! In più, non si sono incazzati né per il mio bambino che aveva scoperto quanto fosse divertente urlare dal balcone, né quando mi sono dimenticato di riconsegnargli le chiavi della stanza, che ho prontamente rispedito per posta. Dovessi tornare a Marina di Ginosa, riprenoterei ad occhi chiusi.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in agosto (realmente ci è piaciuto talmente tanto che abbiamo "prolungato" di un giorno). La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era deliziosa e rifinita. I confort c'erano tutti: angolo cottura con tutto il necessario per poterne usufruire appieno; aria condizionata; bagno provato e ampio balcone. Nota estremamente positiva, oltre alla simpatia e alla gentilezza dei proprietari, è stata la pulizia: tutto sempre impeccabile. La vicinanza al mare offre quel vantaggio in più alla struttura che ci ha permesso di "dimenticare" la vettura che è rimasta, per l'intero soggiorno, nel parcheggio offerto dal B&B. Ci siamo praticamente innamorati del posto.

Favoloso. Mia moglie ed io abbiamo soggiornato per 7 notti in luglio. La gestione del B&B è familiare ma efficientissima. All’arrivo ci sono addirittura venuti a prendere alla stazione dei bus. Gentilissimi. La signora Carmen è disponibilissima e gentilissima. Gran brava persona. Non lasciatevi ingannare dalle foto dell’esterno: l’edificio, una palazzina di due piani, è da terminare solo all’esterno. Dentro è bellissimo. Tutto nuovo, camera ampia con una vera e propria cucina (ben più di un angolo cottura!). Aria condizionata (molto gradita perché faceva piuttosto caldo), letto grande e comodissimo. Bagno grande e bellissimo, tutto nuovo. Prima colazione abbondante con scelta tra caffè e tisane di tanti tipi. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale! Il B&B è davvero “a due passi dal mare”. Infatti basta percorrere un brevissimo tratto per essere in riva al mare, dove ci sono stabilimenti a pagamento e spiagge libere. Tra queste, se si ha la pazienza di fare un chilometro e mezzo a piedi, si può raggiungere una lunghissima spiaggia libera pressoché deserta dove sembra di essere su un’isola. Il mare è caldissimo, uno dei più caldi che abbiamo mai trovato, e pulitissimo. Marina di Ginosa offre diversi supermarket, negozi, trattorie, pizzerie e la passeggiata by night sull’affollata strada principale con bancarelle.

Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet. Mit Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine. 3-5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Vermieterin war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung wurde täglich durch die Vermieterin persönlich gereinigt. Wenn man mit Fahrzeug ankommt, sollte man dies vorher abklären, damit man einen Stellplatz bekommt. Ansonsten super Urlaub! Mein Mann und ich waren sehr begeistert und zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
