Detached villa built in the nineties has withstood the violent earthquake in 2009, has been certified as being earthquake safe. It is located in a residential area with ample parking. The rooms are spacious and confortable, all with private bathrooms/en-suite, TV, internet WI FI. Fully equipped kitchen for breakfast and kitchenette for the exclusive use of guests. It ensures maximum cleanliness and hygiene.

Villa del Sole is located near the L'Aquila east exit, 500 meters from the Music Conservatory, a few hundred meters from the Rossi barracks and close to the famous Basilica of Collemaggio and Fontana Luminosa. We are two minutes drive from the Collemaggio Bus Terminal. Upon arrival we provide free shuttle service.

Quiet location, convenient to reach the center and for excursions on the Gran Sasso. Cozy house, large room and bathroom. The lady is very helpful, friendly and nice.

The only drawback is that the air conditioning is not uniform in all rooms, otherwise recommended.

Grande casa, offre stanze molto pulite, con arredamento un po' "retrò", ma tutto molto ordinato. Buona la colazione e molto accoglienti i proprietari. Zona molto tranquilla, non troppo distante dalla città. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Posizione panoramica su L'Aquila e tranquillità della periferia montana. Proprietari cordiali e disponibili. B&B da consigliare ad amici e parenti. Mezz'ora di camminata dall'Autostazione di Collemaggio e soli venti minuti dal centro di L'Aquila (fontana luminosa).

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la struttura è molto bella e pulita, i proprietari cordialissimi. Comodo anche l'uso della cucina. Da consigliare assolutamente.
