Description
It is composed of mini apartments/suites located in the center of Coppito.

Each one includes: living room, bedroom, and private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and courtesy mirror. Completely autonomous and independent, they are provided with free Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave oven, and satellite TV with DVD player.

The building has recently been renovated and, in addition to following seismic adaptation criteria, we have sought to achieve the goal of energy saving through the use of solar panels and high thermal insulation fixtures.

The B&B La Fonte is located 500 meters from San Salvatore Hospital, 400 meters from the University Campus, 1200 meters from the Guardia di Finanza School, 3 km from the Parks Airport (liap), and 4 km from Villa Letizia clinic.

Its location in the town center allows for the limitation of private car use in favor of public transportation, as all buses that pass through San Salvatore Hospital-University arrive near the property.

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Recommended route to reach us:
-For those who follow the A24 exit Aquila West
-From the tollgate take the SS17 towards Rieti-Antrodoco
- At the 1st roundabout take the second exit always in the direction of Rieti-Antrodoco
- At the 2nd roundabout take the first exit towards Coppito-Santi-Aeroporto-via Giovanni Falcone / sp 33
- At Piazza Rustici di Coppito continue on Via del Corso for about 100 meters and on the right (third street) you will find Via del Fiume, a few more meters and you have arrived.

If the navigator does not report our way set it on: Coppito - Piazza Rustici without street number.

Pulizia esemplare. I proprietari sono gentilissimi. La posizione è ottima per chi dovesse presentarsi ai concorsi nella guardia di finanza. La struttura è ristrutturata da poco quindi tutto nuovo. Biancheria pulita e abbondante. Consigliatissimo!

Bellissimo appartamento, completo di tutti confort (anche un caminetto per l'inverno). Parcheggio auto all'interno della struttura. Zona facilmente raggiungibile. Il gestore è stato molto disponibile e cordiale.

Struttura a 2 km da l'Aquila, pulita rifinita e ottima in tutti i suoi accessori, sicuramente da ritornarci, otto notti in pieno relax e pulizia, prezzo molto soddisfacente, accompagnato da cortesia gentilezza e disponibilità! È stato un vero piacere soggiornarvi.
