The B&B is located in a small private oasis. Close to the sea, the Santa Filomena nature reserve, and a few minutes from the center of Pescara and Montesilvano.
The flat location, 100 meters from the sea, allows easy access to the inland areas to discover the natural and artistic treasures of Abruzzo.
From the property, you can easily reach:
- Montesilvano Congress Center,
- "PalaRoma" sports arena,
- "Le Naiadi" swimming pools.
It is also very easy to reach the popular shopping centers and outlets that surround the city, as well as the lively streets of Pescara's nightlife, both in winter and summer.
Within a 25 km radius, you can visit some of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy" as well as the "Del Cerrano" Nature Reserve and the "Trabocchi Coast".

We had a great time. Cute, comfortable, and welcoming place. Close to the sea and services. If I come back to the area, I would definitely choose it again! Recommended.

Very close to the pine forest and consequently to the beach (3 minutes on foot). Very close free beach. No problems spent the 2nd June weekend peacefully. Private indoor car parking is a much appreciated privilege for the area. Stayed in another apartment (huge) always owned but still renovated (air conditioning will be installed shortly), clean and comfortable. Kind and helpful manager. Bring bikes or electric scooters to reach the center of Pescara in 15/20 minutes with beautiful cycle paths (one along the seafront and a brand new one on the former railway). Minimarket not far away (closed on Sundays), and trattorias/restaurants/pizzerias all along the seafront (everywhere you eat). Recommended.

Good location, the indoor parking is a plus, very spacious and clean room, superb bathroom with king-size shower. Abundant breakfast even if with packaged products. The owners Lorenzo and Laura are caring and kind. Independent entrance. Very close to the sea.

Famiglia di 4 persone. Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti all'interno di un appartamento indipendente con terrazzino e ci è stato possibile portare anche la nostra cagnolina.
L'accoglienza da parte dei proprietari è stata ottima, così come la loro enorme disponibilità!
Esperienza assolutamente positiva: pulizia, spazi, servizi, posizione (vicinissimo alle spiagge, locali e negozi).
Torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati a Montesilvano in occasione del Campionato Italiano Giovanile di scacchi. Abbiamo deciso di optare per un B&B piuttosto che per un hotel per stare in un ambiente più informale e avere maggiore libertà. Da questo punto di vista la quadrupla che ci è stata messa a disposizione ha soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative, in pratica un appartamento con due camere da letto, bagno, cucina abitabile e ampio terrazzo.
La signora Anna si è da subito dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile, nulla da ridire sulla pulizia, la posizione è in pratica a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e inoltre i nostri figli sono rimasti entusiasti della permanenza. Consigliata.

Sistemazione accogliente, ben pulita, posizione favorevole perché vicinissima al mare.
Zona tranquilla e la signora proprietaria è una persona gentile, cordiale e molto disponibile.

Ottima soluzione per una famiglia con bimbi piccoli: la signora Anna, gentilissima, ha capito le nostre esigenze e ci ha messo a disposizione un ambiente ampio e dotato di uso cucina, necessario per gestire in autonomia la colazione (comunque fornita dalla struttura) e la pappa della bimba piccola. Posizione comodissima per andare in spiaggia a piedi e per fare passeggiate sulla strada parco o sul lungomare, senza dover prendere l'auto. Nella zona c'è ampia scelta di pizzerie e ristoranti. Abbiamo soggiornato solo un weekend, ma la struttura è un'ottima soluzione anche per periodi lunghi.
