The breakfast starts with a well-set table with coordinated and valuable dishes.
Then, there is everything fresh and packaged that we are now used to, with small differences depending on the season and the agreed price.
There is always a fresh dessert, croissants, milk, branded coffee with moka or capsules, yogurt, butter, jam, even homemade by me, biscuits, toast bread, chocolate, and single-portion cookies. In the fridge, you can find fruit and sliced cold cuts.
Important equipment includes: the microwave, the toaster, and the dishwasher that are used to wash and sterilize cups.
A kettle for tea and American coffee, homemade jam with fruit from my garden complete the awakening.
From 8 to 10, it is arranged for guests to make breakfast themselves, but I am almost always at home!

Hello everyone! Matilde is not me, but my 10-year-old daughter who, along with Guglielmo who is 12 and my husband Ulisse, make up my family.
My husband and I are both lawyers, but I, Marina, have never practiced the profession, while I have long nurtured the desire to do something independently.
The opportunity arose when our neighbors put the villa below us on sale a few years ago, on Strada della Pallotta, one of the most beautiful areas, I believe, in Perugia.
At this point, the two houses together, located on three floors (with 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundries, 2 entrances, 2 gardens, and 2 garages) seemed too big for the needs of just one family. On the other hand, the first floor was perfect for sharing this corner of Perugia with others, quiet, panoramic, and also a bit magical, just 700 meters away from the "civilization" of the city, with its traffic lights, intersections, and limited access to the historic center (which, by the way, can be reached on foot with a walk).
What else to say? More than "Bed," I would like to inaugurate the category of "House & Breakfast" because that is how we welcome our guests, with a rather "warm" and well-equipped home all to themselves, lived and conceived as an extension of our way of life.
Those who come to us find a familiar atmosphere: I can even scold them a bit if they smoke inside, but immediately after, I suggest they try the plum jam collected at the end of the road and, in general, do as they please. Whether on vacation or for work reasons, they may want to have breakfast at noon or set the alarm for seven.
We are waiting for you!

Very beautiful structure immersed in the Umbrian countryside while still being close to Perugia. Hostess very attentive and helpful. Despite being in the area for work, I stayed very pleasantly at Il Giardino di Matilde B&B e Appartamenti. Absolutely recommended!

The stay at Il Giardino di Matilde B&B e Appartamenti, Marina's B&B, was very pleasant! Comfortable room, clean bathroom. Good breakfast. The B&B is located in a quiet residential area, close to the center, although it's better to have a car for those who can't walk much, as the path is all uphill to get to the city! Marina, the owner, is very helpful and friendly! Recommended.

We had a great time, greeted excellently. The structure is close to the center and near the main road junctions. Easy to reach and easy, from the place, to reach the most famous Umbrian locations. Mrs. Marina was friendly and caring; we felt at home. I recommend it to everyone. Value for money: there are no comparisons. Go!

Marina è molto gentile e disponibile, i miei ospiti si sono trovati molto bene nel suo B&B. Camera tripla comoda e fresca. Camera e bagno molto puliti. Colazione abbondante. Bel panorama dal giardino esterno ben curato. Parcheggio gratuito.

Struttura molto interessante! Non è il classico Agriturismo rustico tipico umbro come può sembrare da fuori: casolare tipico umbro arredato in modo moderno e con tutti i confort. Bellissima campagna verdeggiante abbastanza isolata ma non lontana da Perugia ed Assisi. Calda accoglienza da parte della signora Marina, la proprietaria, che è stata molto gentile nell'indicarci dove andare e cosa visitare. Luogo silenzioso e molto pulito, colazione abbondante e varia Graditissima. Di certo torneremo.

Très bien situé pour visiter Pérouse et ses environs entre Assise, accés et communication trés facile.
