Discover Casa Luce, a renovated former farmhouse nestled in the enchanting landscape of Torre di Palme, Fermo. This stunning property offers two modern apartments, each boasting a bright and stylish Scandinavian design.
The apartments provide luxury and comfort. The first-floor apartment accommodates 6 to 10 guests and features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. For smaller groups, the ground floor apartment is perfect, offering two cozy bedrooms and a generous bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower.
Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker, and everything you need to prepare a delightful meal and enjoy cozy dinners together.
Enjoy panoramic views from this prime location. On one side, you overlook the sea, while on the other, the majestic Sibillini mountains rise in the distance. From the hill, you can also admire the historic city of Fermo and the charming medieval village of Torre di Palme.
Surrounding the house, you'll find various terraces with long tables, as well as comfortable lounge areas and sunbeds by the pool. Take a stroll around the estate, where we have a food forest abundant with fruit, nut, and olive trees, as well as berries and fresh strawberries. Our chickens provide fresh eggs daily, and our bees produce delicious floral honey.
Just three kilometers away, you'll find the seaside resort of Marina Palmense, while the bustling beach town of Porto San Giorgio is only an 8-minute drive away.
During the summer months, we rent our apartments on a weekly basis. In the pre-season, we offer comfortable double rooms on a bed & breakfast basis.

The extensive breakfast with local products includes a fresh egg from our own chickens, freshly squeezed orange juice, yogurt with fruit and homemade granola from our own vegetable garden and food forest, freshly baked rolls and croissants with cold cuts, cheese, honey, and various types of coffee or tea to taste. The breakfast is served on the terrace in nice weather.

Travel through the beautiful hilly landscapes of Le Marche where you can take beautiful walks as a nature lover. The landscape is diverse: you can walk in the hills, in the mountains or on the coast. We have beautiful walking routes ready for you. Or experience Le Marche by bike; with an e-bike you can effortlessly go up the hills.
In just 8 minutes by car you are on the boulevard of Porto San Giorgio. A mile-long boulevard with palm trees and cozy restaurants. Here you can still park on the boulevard. Almost every beach bar has changing cabins, showers and a playground for the children. In the many (fish) restaurants you can enjoy the culinary delights, your feet in the sand with the children in sight. Where else can you find that in Europe?
