The TOUR DES COMBINS
The Tour Des Combins is a fantastic excursion of 6 Tappes in 6 days to the border between Italy and Switzerland through a run of around 200 km of signalled itineraries, to an altitude that has varied since 1300 to the 2800 meters.
Thuillettaz is found to the arrival of the Tappa N. 5: CHAMPILLON - SAINT-RHEMY (6H55) and it is the ideal standstill after the long day of walk.
Arrived to the Suburb of Saint-Rhémy and cross the bridge on the river Artanavaz, follow the path and after 100 meters take the wide path on the right that climbs toward the village of Laval.
After Laval keep on climbing to the right for around 600 meters: Thuillettaz is there on the left.
The following morning leave again for Tappa N. 6: SAINT-RHEMY - GRAND-SAINT-BERNARD - BOURG SAINT-PIERRE (5H40) Departing from Thuillettaz, before Laval take a beautiful path that directly brings above the Suburb of Saint Rhémy reaching the Street Francigena.
