A quiet hotel in Venice, family-run with a very good welcome and helpfulness. Negative points: the room temperature barely sufficient. Breakfast correct but not outstanding.

Beautiful style and feel. In walking distance to the Waterbus stops or anything on foot if you are comfortable walking. Really helped my partner and I create great memories.

We simply loved how cozy, beautiful, and close to everything this B&B was, yet it was away from the noise and tourist traffic. I loved waking up to church bell and bird sounds. One small flaw-tiny bathstall with no shelf to put toiletries on, but not a deal braker for us at all. Short easy walk to vaporetto stop, and nice neighborhood just to enjoy and relax, with quality restaurants nearby.

Located in nice and quiet area in the centre of Venice.
Breakfast is more than a typical Italian breakfast but less than an International breakfast.

Posizione ottimale a soli 15 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco e a circa mezz'ora dalla stazione a piedi e a 10 minuti dalla più vicina fermata del vaporetto. Luogo tranquillo per una struttura piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort. La stanza era pulita, in stile veneziano, e molto silenziosa; biancheria pulita e nuova. Il bagno, seppur cieco, era dotato di qualsiasi cosa, ventola automatica, termoarredo e sanitari praticamente nuovi. Il riscaldamento della stanza era autonomo, ad aria calda sul soffitto, autoregolabile. TV e mini frigo bar, se servono. La colazione buona, non vi era una grandissima scelta ma direi che era più che accettabile e sicuramente più vasta rispetto a quella che ognuno di noi potrebbe fare a casa. Unica minuta pecca le dimensioni forse un po' piccole della stanza, ma per 2 notti era più che sufficiente. Ppersonale estremamente disponibile anche a dare info sulla città. Consigliassimo sopratutto per le coppie che vogliono un weekend di relax come mio marito e me.
