Affittacamere Delfo is located just outside the historic center of Pisa, a 15-minute walk from the Leaning Tower.
It offers modern-style rooms with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer.
Guests enjoy free use of a fully equipped, shared kitchen, where coffee, tea, biscuits and jams are always available.
A bottle of wine is provided on arrival as a welcome gift.
The rooms and the entire structure are daily cleaned, sanitized and subjected to treatment with an Ozone generator.
For more privacy and comfort we also have a small apartment available, at basement floor, with bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and private kitchen.
We are out of the area ZTL, you can easily reach our hotel by car.
Public parking is available outside the hotel at only euro 4, 50 per day.
A bus stopping 100 m away takes you to Pisa train station and the airport.

Undoubtedly the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in Pisa, and the beautiful thing is that it is also the cheapest. If I have to return to Pisa in the future, I won't even look at the others.

We were really satisfied with everything: from the structure close to our destination, to the kindness of the staff and also of the owner whom we had the chance to meet and greet upon arrival. We didn't have the expected breakfast, but there was a kitchen available with biscuits, coffee and more... thank you, we felt welcomed. Elena.

A few minutes' walk from the Piazza dei Miracoli. Those who manage the property are very attentive and helpful to us customers. Impeccable cleanliness. If I return to Pisa, I will ask for accommodation here again.

We stayed for just one night at the Delfo Guesthouse. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is brand new. The only flaw is some plasterboard walls, so if you have particularly noisy neighbors, tranquility is not always guaranteed. The property is located in an area easily reachable on foot from the center, with parking available (although for a fee) at reasonable costs.

Street parking with no difficulty, self check-in, very clean room, essential furnishings with very comfortable mattress. We rested very well.
If one wanted to reach the center to experience the city life, it is possible to do so on foot.
We didn't meet anyone and yet check-in and check-out were painless thanks to the clarity of the instructions received.
Unbeatable price that minimizes the low sound isolation between rooms (no noise comes from the street).

An elegant place, welcoming staff and great location to reach the city center. Despite the lack of breakfast, they offer free cookies and drinks served in the common kitchen. I recommend it to everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delfo apartments. Very friendly host, clean and stylish room, within walking distance from the city center. Very quiet area and we had a good and comfortable rest after the road. I could recommend this place.

Nice room near the city walls, 1.6 kilometers from the Leaning Tower of Pisa on foot. No parking issues, even though it's paid (inexpensive). Well-equipped kitchen appreciated.

Excellent establishment, good value for money and located outside the walls. There is parking available at a cheap price, 0.75 euros per hour, and the city should be explored on foot. The manager is friendly and welcomes you with a small bottle of wine, surely appreciated by foreigners. There is no option for a small breakfast snack, although I did not use it personally, but it was available anyway. Definitely worth coming back.

Structure a few hundred meters from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, we parked the car in front of the property and walked around enjoying the city center throughout our stay. Extremely clean structure and friendly staff, the manager very helpful.
Good red wine offered by the manager, who provides it in the room every day, even though breakfast was not planned. For guests, there are biscuits, rusks, tea, instant coffee available.
The kitchen was very convenient, and we used it; we felt at home.

Affittacamere molto carino come posizione, completo di aria condizionata e in una stanza antistante sullo stesso piano e' presente un angolo cottura con frigo pero' una cosa molto importante, e' quasi impossibile dormire con serenità, alle prime ore della mattina e della tarda notte lo sbattere della porta non fa assolutamente riposare.

Bella camera grande, ottimo bagno con finestra, difficili da trovare (tutti al buio). Essendo PIsa una città attraversata da un gran fiume, le finestre/balconi dovrebbero avere le zanzariere.

Hanno alloggiato presso il B&B Delfo i miei genitori in occasione di una visita media a Pisa, si sono trovati molto bene, la camera è comoda, ben riscaldata e pulita. La zona è molto tranquilla. Il proprietario sempre sollecito ai contatti sia telefonici sia tramite social. Consigliata sicuramente.

Il gestore/proprietario (?) è stato prefetto. Ottima la disponibilità e le piccole attenzioni (eccezionale la presenza di buon vino e stuzzichini in stanza). Stanza pulita. Climatizzatore molto rumoroso. Letti e cuscini poco confortevoli. Struttura in una zona tranquilla vicinissima al mio personale punto di interesse e comunque vicina al centro storico Pisano.

La struttura è completamente ristrutturata, l'arredamento è semplice, le camere confortevoli e pulite. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, disponibile e si vede che lavora con passione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se dovessi tornare a Pisa tornerei decisamente a dormire qui.
