Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden, bowl
- Pets stay free of charge

Please contact us (info@allafontanadelferro.com o +39 344 1434661-sms\whatsapp) to tell us if you'll need parking space and your estimated arrival time. We will arrange self check in for you: you'll send us your passports\IDs and we will give you a code and all instructions by email before your arrival.
We do not offer buffet breakfast, but we give you all necessary to have in-room breakfast (snacks, hot\cold beverages).
