Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 90 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden, bowl
- Pets stay free of charge
- Pet damage deposit: 200.00 €

A fine soggiorno le residenze devono essere lasciate come le si sono trovate.
E' richiesto il saldo tramite contanti,paypal, bonifico bancario.
All'arrivo è richiesto un deposito cauzionale di € 200,00 in contanti che in assenza di danni verra resituito integralmente alla partenza.
