Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in after 12:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum
Fresh towels every 1 days
Fresh sheets every 4 days
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Please contact the host before booking if you are traveling with pets

Other notes

For check-in after 13.00 we use the "SELF CHECK IN" system, that is to say we will give the instructions to take the keys and enter by yourself. It is important that you leave a valid mobile phone number with country code or an e-mail address when booking.
