Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
Guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- A one-time additional cost of 10 € for final cleaning

Other notes

Reception is open everyday from 08.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m.

The arrival time must be communicated to the reception staff no later than 3 days before the arrival date.
Arrivals after 20.00 can only be managed with check-inself
