Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Supplement for electricity \ air conditioning-heating consumption.
The apartments are equipped with electricity and gas meters which are read on arrival and departure of guests
