Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in after 1:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €8.00
Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €8.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size (short-haired) for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- A one-time additional cost of 10 € for final cleaning

Other notes

The b & b in Syracuse Le Nuvole is located in a newly renovated building, is equipped with all necessary services.
The b & b includes common areas such as: a lovely terrace, where in the summer months, you can enjoy our breakfast consisting of hot and cold drinks, yougurt, cereals, jams and homemade desserts. A living area will allow you to relax in a welcoming environment. Finally for those traveling by car, we are only 350 meters from the TALETE parking.
