Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 21 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 4 days
Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Outdoor box
- Pets stay free of charge

Other notes

A tourist tax of euro 2 per person per night is charged upon check-in. It must be paid in cash.

The deposit you will pay is earnest money ("caparra confirmatoria", ex art. 1385 Codice Civile), i.e. a guarantee for your commitment and will under no circumstances be refunded, as it is considered as a compensation for damages arising from a partial or complete cancellation of your reservation or in case of no-show.
