Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 75% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 11:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.30 per person per night is applicable
Fresh towels every 7 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 20.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms

Troverà sul lato destro della porta di entrata una cassetta della posta con dentro una piccola cassaforte inserisca il codice che le verrà comunicato e potrà ritirare la chiave per entrare, scriva pure quando è dentro, Grazie Sebastiano...
