Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 1 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- Garden, bowl
- A one-time additional cost of 10 € for final cleaning

Other notes

The check - in is possible at any time of the day from 15.00 to 20.00 .
It is also possible to make a self check-in from 20.00 to 24.00
It's however kindly requested to inform the direction the estimated time of arrival
to receive you in the best possible way .
It's possible late check -out at no additional cost ,
making a simple request to the Directorate and provided that the room should not be occupied by other guests .
The balance will be due upon arrival , by cash .
