Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €7.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 1 days
Fresh sheets every 6 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €10.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size (short-haired) by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- Garden
- A daily cost of 15 € is due per pet

no smoking in the room and other closed rooms of the structure
It is forbidden to host strangers in your room or in the common areas of the structure
the structure reserves the right to verify the credit card provided through the pre-authorization circuit and \ or make the payment at any time. The pool towels and headphones will be provided directly from the hotel
