Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 13 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 6 days
Fresh sheets every 6 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €18.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Please contact the host before booking if you are traveling with pets

Other notes

The balance is payed cash at the check-in
The kitchen use in the two Houses is forbitten for stay of one day..
Dogs are accepted only in the Country House, 1 for stay, they pay a supplement of 10,00€ each day. They can't stay alone inside or ouside. For long stays the price will be agreed.
The sofa bed can't be open and used without autorization and without additional cost. If the smooking ban is not respected , a penality of 50,00 € is paid.
