Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Municipal tax of €5.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 5 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €1.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €8.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 8.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €8.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs of small size (short-haired) for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- A daily cost of 5 € is due per pet with a one-time additional cost of 10 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 100.00 €

Other notes

The reservation is canceled by 12:00 on the day of check-in if the arrival time isn't communicated

Check-in after 08pm and until 10pm there is extra-time of 30 euro. Last check-in before 10pm
Check out later than 10am but before 12am extra-time 20 euro; before 4pm extra-time 50 euro if the room is available.

There isn't cleaning room the Sunday and Holiday
