Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €4.20 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 35.00 € per oom/accomodation
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden
- A one-time additional cost of 50 € for final cleaning

Other notes

The tourist tax is variable. In high season periods (fairs, holidays or events) a 33% deposit is required. The balance of the stay is required at check in by cash or credit card. NO reception. For check in we ask you to communicate your time in advance from 15:00 to 19:00. In case of cancellation, the deposit paid is always withheld. We have a private parking space about 700 meters away at a cost of € 16 per day. Check out at 10:00
