Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM
Check-out before 9:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 18 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €2.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €7.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
