Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 255 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 1 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 6 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €10.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- A daily cost of 10 € is due per pet

Other notes

I clienti pagano l'intero importo tramite carta di credito o bonifico al momento della prenotazione. L'importo non verrà restituito in caso di no-show. Gli ospiti, in accordo con lo Staff, potranno scegliere se ricevere un codice per l'accesso in struttura o contattare il personale per l'accesso da remoto. Causa emergenza sanitaria evitiamo il contatto tra Staff e Ospiti, solo nei casi di necessità si faranno Check-In fisici.
Al check-in verrà chiesto un documento d'identità valido con foto.
