The wood furniture makes Campo Base a comfortable place where to spend your holiday.

The only sounds come from nature, and this makes this place even more attractive!
Campo Base dates back to the fifties. Recently renovated, now it offers independent heating, a garage for bikes, ski etc, private parking.

Last but not least Campo Base is in Laste di Rocca Pietore, a small but beautiful village in the Dolomites, in the province of Belluno.
Typical italian breakfast with coffee, cappuccino or hot tea and biscuits, bread or cakes.

Moreover we will offer you yogurts, fruit and juices every day!

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €0.50 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 13 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:00 AM
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 20.00 € per oom/accomodation
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Ciao Massimo. Dopo qualche mese eccoci qua a ricordare quanto è stato bello, arrivare del tutto a caso in un posticino tanto rustico quanto familiare. Non avevamo programmato molto, non ne sapevamo molto di quei luoghi. Ma lì abbiamo trovato te, che ci hai raccontato storie e fatto vivere tradizioni di lassù, accogliendoci nella tua casa come fossimo vecchi amici, regalandoci le tue conoscenze, il tuo tempo. Abbiamo passato 4 giorni splendidi, immersi tra le Dolomiti. Ci svegliavamo la mattina con un panorama mozzafiato e ammirandolo consumavamo la tua super colazione, adatta per affrontare una giornata di escursioni, tutte consigliate da te, una più bella dell’altra. Un’esperienza indimenticabile. Speriamo di tornare presto a salutarti. Ciao.

Ciao ragazzi, che bello sentirvi entusiasti dei giorni trascorsi a Campobase, le Dolomiti erano spoglie del suo bianco mantello invernale, proporvi itinerari tipicamente estivi non è stato facile e voi lo sapete bene, ma siete stati grandi nel godere di quello che in quel momento vi veniva offerto. Grazie per aver apprezzato la mia ospitalità, fatta di cose semplici, di suggerimenti, di racconti e di confronti, quella che continuerò e cercare di proporre, Un carissimo saluto ed un arrivederci quassù a quota 1451.

Bellissima esperienza di vera montagna. La struttura, posizionata in un piccolo centro molto caratteristico e tranquillo, è confortevole e pulitissima. Il gestore, che ci ha accolto con un bicchiere di vino, è più che disponibile: premuroso e allo stesso tempo discreto. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con un bambino di 8 mesi che è stato accolto benissimo. Buona e abbondante la colazione, con vista mozzafiato sui monti e con i consigli sulle escursioni da fare. Insomma esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

Laste is a small but beautiful village in the Dolomites where I spent my childhood. I decided to transform my native house into a bed and breakfast so that other people can feel the same sensations I felt when I was young and they can also discover and enjoy magical moments in an almost unknown place in the mountains.
