Description
Our "Residence Gonda e Giuliano" is located in Semonzo del Grappa, close to Borso del Grappa, in the silent countryside and with a spectacular view of the mountains. The structure is brand new. All apartments are studios with kitchenette, double bedroom, sofa bed, private bathroom. Our air-conditioned apartments are equipped with hairdryer, free wifi, baby bed (if required), television, mirror and luggage rack, parking space, access to the common garden and to the barbecue area and solarium.
Our guests can choose to stay at the Residence or at our Depandance, in our studio or two-bedroom apartments at the same structure or in the country house 200 m away from us, in Valle Santa Felicita.
Travelers staying with us will be able to appreciate the products of local artisans, follow food and wine itineraries in order to discover traditions and cultures, get lost in cultural events and exhibitions, take long walks and enjoy the beautiful landscapes in the area.
A few steps away guests will find Valle Santa Felicita, where lots walking and biking trails leave to Monte Grappa, with the possibility of practicing climbing or trying a hang-gliding or paragliding flight.
We are in fact in the paradise of cycling, Trekking, hiking and here you can practice every outdoor sport, to have fun and keep fit even on vacation.
Our structure is the ideal location for all the families who will feel at home here, for those who travel for work, for those seeking a romantic holiday in a quiet and reserved environment, for all those who want to take care of themselves, for all those who are looking for peace and relax in close contact with nature and far from the city noise.
We are just a few minutes drive from Asolo, Treviso, Bassano del Grappa and the magnificent Venice, which can be reached in just one hour by train.

For your sweet wake up, we offer Italian coffee and a great buffet breakfast, with seasonal fruit and dried fruit, cereals and yoghurt, jams and honey spread on fresh bread and biscuits. Homemade tarts and pies are our specialty and there are never any shortages of eggs, cheeses and cold cuts for those who love a savory breakfast. The breakfast service is not included in the offer and is not available at all times of the year. Please make a request at the time of booking.

My husband and I spent four days at this lovely property in the Grappa area surrounded by greenery. Quiet area, spacious residence, abundant breakfast served in a cozy, spacious glass room. Friendly staff. Feels like home. Brand new facility. Large private parking.

Struttura fantastica, massima pulizia e ordine, curata nei particolari, arredata con gusto, provvista di un ampio giardino con camino.
Ambiente accogliente, stanza grande, confortevole e attrezzata di ogni comfort.
Il b&b migliore dove ho pernottato. Giusto compromesso prezzo e qualità e i titolari davvero socievoli, disponibili e gentilissimi.
Consiglio di farci una sosta a chi viaggia con animali in particolare. Ve lo consiglio vivamente.

Posto ideale per passare una vacanza tranquilla. Camminate impegnative oppure tranquille a pochi passi dalla struttura. L’appartamento è come in foto, tutto è ben curato. La signora Gonda e il signor Giuliano sono molto simpatici e pronti ad aiutarvi nel bisogno. Sono stata molto bene.

Ideal für Gleitschirmflieger, weil 200 m vom Landeplatz. Einmal in der Unterkunft braucht man kein Auto mehr. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend renoviert, hier und da sind man noch etwas von der alten Bausubstanz, deswegen nur 9 statt 10 Punkte.
Zimmer super, Frühstück super, freundliche Begleitung. Ich habe mich auf Englisch oder Französisch unterhalten. Wie es mit der deutschen Sprache aussieht weiß ich nicht.
