This is a wonderful three-room apartment located near the charming and picturesque medieval village of Compignano, just 20 minutes southwest of Perugia, the capital of Umbria.
The pool is open from June 8th to August 31st.
The property is new to the rental market and has been completely and beautifully renovated with taste and style. It is very bright and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. All rooms have been designed and furnished to offer comfort and attention to detail.
From the main entrance, you enter directly into the large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. On one side, you can access the large terrace overlooking the pool and with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. On the opposite side of the living room, there is the sleeping area consisting of a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds; both rooms have a private bathroom, the first with a shower and the second with a space for the washing machine.

Area countryside
Compignano is a charming medieval village with no more than 100 inhabitants. The main square has a café and a small supermarket that is open twice a week. The surrounding area is ideal for walking or cycling.
During the Christmas period, the village hosts a famous and fascinating living nativity scene, where all the locals are involved. Perugia hosts a series of international events, among which the two most important are the Umbria Jazz Festival in the first half of July (2 weeks) and Eurochocolate (9 days) in mid-October, where the entire city turns into a huge party.
For art enthusiasts, there is the famous Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto, usually held from the end of June to the beginning of July, offering classical music, theatrical performances, poetry readings, modern art exhibitions, and more.
The house is located in the center of Umbria, an ideal starting point for day trips to the hills or visits to cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Spello, Spoleto, Todi, Trevi, and Lake Trasimeno with its two idyllic islands. Also within short distance is the border with Tuscany and places like Cortona, Montepulciano, and Arezzo (with its famous antique market) just an hour's drive away, with breathtaking views.
There are numerous historical, cultural, or gastronomic routes for lovers of typical cuisine and good wine. You can play tennis or go cross-country horse riding, or simply enjoy the surrounding areas on foot along the trails in the nature reserve, with numerous bird watching stations.
We also have many scenic hill routes for bike lovers, an 18-hole golf course 40 km away, and the possibility to fish and practice sailing or windsurfing on the nearby Lake Trasimeno.
Perugia International Airport is just 25 minutes away. The E45 highway is just 10 minutes away and provides easy access to the central Italy highway network.

· Pool access hours: 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-20:00
· Quietness, noisy and/or rowdy behavior is prohibited
· 2 guests per accommodation unit are allowed
· Minors are only allowed if accompanied by an adult
· Inflatables are prohibited, except for children's armbands and swim rings
· Diving and running on the pool floor are prohibited
· Animals are not allowed
· Leaving waste is prohibited
· Planting tents, umbrellas, etc. on the lawn is prohibited
· It is mandatory to remove loungers or other objects from the lawn when not in the pool
· Bathing with shirts is prohibited.
