The structure consists of one-bedroom apartments: bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, all with independent entrances, for daily or weekly rentals.

Located on the ground floor of a recently built farmhouse, made of bricks and typical stone of the Umbrian countryside, surrounded by a large park with a private swimming pool. Guests have the opportunity to take a nice swim, enjoy the sun and rest in the tranquility of the place, or perhaps have a nice barbecue outdoors under the flight of swallows. Small pets are allowed.

Il nostro appartamento era da 5 persone ed era esattamente come da descrizione sul sito. Particolarmente apprezzati la pulizia delle stanze e la tranquillità notturna. Niente rumori. La location è perfetta per muoversi con la macchina ed inoltre è fornita di parcheggio gratuito nella struttura. Il proprietario, Marcello, è una persona gentilissima e simpatica che ci ha fornito diversi consigli sulla zona. Consigliato assolutamente. PS: eravamo un gruppo di 5 persone tra i 20 e i 26 anni.

La struttura è ben curata, ordinata e immersa nel verde e anche "green" con pannelli fotovoltaici per ridurre l'impatto ambientale.
E' un "B&B" a conduzione familiare per cui i proprietari molto disponibili e cortesi saranno in grado di venire in contro alle vostre esigenze.
Saranno in grado di indicarvi posti da visitare nella zona e specialità da assaggiare.
La piscina come tutto il resto del giardino circostante molto ben tenuta e pulita ogni giorno avendo riguardo degli spazi comuni.
La pulizia deegli alloggi molto buona.
-Unica cosa a mio parere per quanto mi riguarda ci sarebbe da investire su comodità dei letti (un po' vissuti).
Sicuramente da tornarci.

È stato tutto perfetto, i gestori sono molto cordiali e disponibili, sempre attenti ad ogni nostra necessità, la struttura è molto bella ed accogliente, in un posto strategico per poter visitare le bellezze di questo territorio, gli appartamenti sono puliti ed accogliente. Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito, ottima posizione, il proprietario è molto ospitale. Consigliato alle famiglie con bambini piscina assolutamente gradevole con intorno un bel verde.

Abbiamo trascorso in questa struttura due notti in appartamento e siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dalla ospitalità del proprietario e dalla location. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Assisi. Consigliato.
