The self-service hotel is located in the characteristic “Via San Rufino”, which joins the “Piazza Del Comune” and the Duomo For this reason not suitable for travelers with many/large suitcases.
The hotel is formed out of an historic residence and has been restored with a special emphasis on creating a family environment.
Made up of 7 rooms, it stretches over three levels; on the third floor, there is a small viewing room with a view of other houses’ roofs.
Reservation, check-in, check-out and payment are made exclusively online using a telephone or email.
Everything is set out in a way that allows you complete freedom and makes you feel as though you are at home.
The simply furnished rooms have terracotta tiles, with no carpets or rugs. All rooms have a bathroom and a small shower, telephone, TV and central heating which comes through the thermostat in the room.
Maximum attention is paid to hygiene.
There are two common rooms with a TV which can be used by guests. They are located on the first floor, where there is the minibar, a Wi-Fi area and access point for the Internet, and on the third floor where there is the view.
Breakfast is served from 8am until 10am, and includes tea, coffee, milk, bread, assorted cereal, marmalades, cheeses, yoghurt, fruit juice and homemade cakes.
The fridge is located in the small room next to the entrance and can be used by all guests.
The Assisi Card is a card which is given free of charge and exclusively to the guests who stay in hotels in Assisi, and is valid for the entire period of stay. It allows discounts for the main parking spots in the city, special discounts in restaurants, pizzerias and certain shops.

Hotel in a central location for a visit to Assisi. Cozy room, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and blankets. Only downside: in the bathroom, the shower is not enclosed or separated from the rest of the bathroom, so you have to remove everything first because the whole bathroom will get wet. I recommend adding at least a curtain. The reception service was excellent and the manager was very helpful.

Stunning location in the heart of Assisi. Very kind hosts. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in two extremely hot days in Assisi. We had a fan that circulated the air but it was not enough. Otherwise, top!

During the overnight stay, I did not have the opportunity to personally meet the owner, but he was very present over the phone, and I can say that everyone was very kind. Daily cleanings. The bathroom is a bit lacking, especially the shower head that should be replaced, but overall I am very satisfied.

We have returned to Hotel Pallotta 3 times and each time we have been greeted very well. The hotel is very well positioned, in the heart of Assisi, which allows us to visit the Basilicas outside peak hours. The rooms are all different, each with a particular character. Some have a beautiful view over the rooftops of Assisi. In the morning, breakfast is quite good and the service is top-notch. The Trattoria Hotel Pallotta is also a must... A stop at Hotel Pallotta is a must!

Good location a stone's throw from the main square of the Municipality, good value for money, excellent cleanliness, availability, communication. If I really have to find a flaw, I point out the presence in the room of a tower fan. Although it works and is sufficient for the heat I found, I would have preferred a traditional air conditioner, but all in all it's okay like this.

Great hotel, we stayed two nights and had a great time overall. Very kind people, we felt at ease, highly recommend this property. We always ate at Hotel Pallotta restaurant... the food is excellent, well done and courteous, we will definitely come back.

Delightful little palace, convenient for visiting because it is a short walk from the parking lot and/or the bus stop arriving from the station every 30 minutes, a short walk from the church of San Rufino, as well as from the main square; tastefully and simply furnished. Clean room, efficient and friendly staff. View of the rooftops of Assisi from the small common room. I will return.

Overall we had a good experience. After a bit of confusion about the shower without a curtain, it turned out to be a really nice stay. Top cleanliness! I didn't meet the manager, he wasn't there, but he always responded promptly when I contacted him, and he was highly rated in the reviews. Breakfast is served from 7.30, but if you go down at that time, because we were leaving early, there is no bread, cold cuts, and cheeses yet. In the afternoon, there is a tea break, this service is great because it would be from 3.30 pm until 6 pm, but there is a nice machine, which also makes great coffee I would say, and even if you come back late and want to have a tea, chamomile or herbal tea, there is everything you need, even biscuits. Honestly, if I had to come back to Assisi, I would come here again. If you are not picky, I recommend it.

Perfect structure for a visit to Assisi. Central and convenient location. Clear directions even for parking. Online check-in. Good breakfast. Very kind staff. A small downside, not related to the structure, a bit noisy traffic early in the morning. If I were to return to Assisi, I would book again.

Cozy location, room with few electrical outlets, especially in the bathroom the position of the small outlet placed under the mirror is not intuitive. Low brightness due to the small size of the window located in a corner of the room. However, overall the stay was excellent, also thanks to the central location adjacent to all the services and shops of the city. Competent and very friendly staff. Definitely worth going back.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto la stanza al primo piano nonostante avessi un bambino piccolo e quindi il passeggino da salire e scendere ogni volta. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Assisi card gratuita con varie agevolazioni, ottima colazione, acqua, caffè ora del tè compresa nel prezzo.
Belvedere panoramico con verandina e zona lettura.
Servizi come lavatrice (con piccolissimo contributo) ferro da stiro, wifi, phon, ipad ci ritornerò.

Struttura molto buona. Hotel piccolo, quasi un B&B. LA gestione é realizzata con molta cura. Il proprietario è stato con noi molto gentile e disponibile, permettendoci di sfruttare al massimo la bellezza della città di Assisi.

I gestori della struttura sono delle persone molto cordiali e gentili. Rispondono alle informazioni celermente e con cortesia. Anche la Trattoria Pallotta è un ottimo punto per chi desidera gustare del buon cibo umbro e non solo, con altrettanta gentilezza e cortesia.
L'unica zone del Hotel consente di vivere appieno di tutta la bellezza e magia della città.
Vivamente consigliato.

Posizione centralissima, colazione abbondante e addirittura possibilità di fare merenda o rinfrescarsi bevendo il pomeriggio dopo passeggiata perché nel frigo interno danno la possibilità di bere acqua, aranciata o farsi un the. Abbinato al B&B c'è anche una trattoria gestita sempre da loro dove si mangia benissimo, dove cucinano cibi locali e ad un prezzo assolutamente congruo. felicissimi. E se torneremo ad assisi, sarà il nostro sicuro punto di riferimento. grazie.
