Mandrioli Villa is an agritourism on the tree-lined road that goes from Cecina to Casale Marittimo and Montescudaio, flanked by olive tree groves, cypresses, thickets and wonderful villas. Its position is perfect to easily reach the seaside, small and picturesque villages, and also the most beautiful art towns in Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Volterra.
The owners, Michele and Silvia, will be glad to accommodate you in one of their smart and romantic rooms or in one of their comfortable apartments. Each room is different in its style and furniture but everyone presents the best services: air conditioning system, minibar, free Wi-Fi so that your stay is as pleasant and relaxing as possible.
All around the villa there is a big green park that is taken care in detail and that, with its olive grove and orchard, will give you the possibility to taste delicious olive oil and excellent marmalade. Wonderful structure surrounded by greenery and very quiet. The apartment was clean, equipped with every accessory, tastefully furnished and last but not least the mattress was very comfortable! The structure is clean, the managers are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and with genuine products. The location is perfect both for visiting the inland areas and for reaching the beaches on the coast. Also very good is the oil I purchased. If there was a pool to cool off after a day of visiting the inland areas, I would add extra praise to the 10.

Comfortable three-room apartment in Villa Mandrioli surrounded by greenery, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but close to services. Car or motorbike is essential for getting around. Michele and Silvia are excellent hosts ready for any need and information. Stayed for 11 nights with family.

Being guests at Villa Mandrioli has positively marked the experience in Tuscany. Every detail of the structure seems like a treat for those who decide to stay there. The managers greeted us in a sunny way and show all the commitment to maintain the high quality of the B&B, as well as their availability for guests. The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom and the balcony at our disposal. The breakfast offers a variety of foods capable of satisfying all palates, delicious from the first to the last. The location of the structure is ideal for those who intend to move by car or by bike; despite being located near a busy intersection, once inside the villa, you can only hear the sound of cicadas. It is a place to rest the senses, immersed in olive groves, among rows of cypress trees and maritime pines, for a holiday of pure relaxation.

Really beautiful and well-maintained structure. Plenty of greenery around with relaxing areas. We had a very spacious room with a closed veranda for a small kitchen, really cute. Mrs. Silvia always very kind, super breakfast both sweet and savory. To come back.

The farmhouse is really beautiful and well maintained. Silvia hosted us making us feel comfortable. The room is very clean and tidy. The terrace is very nice with a view of olive trees. Breakfast is right with excellent homemade pastries. It is located about 10 minutes from the sea of Cecina and about 30 minutes from Volterra. Silvia was very kind in helping us choose what to do and where to eat. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful place, managed by splendid people who meet every need. The view is wonderful both day and night to watch the stars. There are many areas to relax in the immense garden, and then there are fantastic big cats who love to be cuddled! Breakfast is something fantastic, there is everything, special mention for the focaccia with ham and mayonnaise.

Agriturismo located slightly outside Cecina, the sea can be reached in about 9-10 minutes by car. It is surrounded by greenery with ample private parking and automatic gate. It is surrounded by a large private park available to guests. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast is abundant, consisting of both pastry pastries and homemade products, fresh fruit, and savory items. The managers are very friendly and discreet.

We stayed in the double communicating room, exceptional mattress, also new furniture, very detailed in furniture design. Large and brand-new bathroom. The room also had a covered terrace. Structure with large outdoor spaces, there are 2 gardens with sunbeds and deck chairs. The breakfast is truly exceptional, sweet and savory and drinks of all kinds, hot and cold. Breakfast is served outside under the pergola and the owners are very attentive in the service. A beautiful experience.

Beautiful and very clean structure with spacious rooms equipped with a private terrace. The owners are helpful and very kind. In the morning there is an excellent breakfast with fresh products, especially homemade sweets. Too bad we only spent one night there.

Lovely place, the owners are very helpful and kind, the property is modern and well maintained, excellent breakfast with homemade pies and cakes and fruit picked from their trees, I recommend it to couples and families.

A very nice place to stay if you want to go to the sea, without being in the city chaos but at the same time 10 minutes from Marina di Cecina. Excellent location, excellent cleanliness, environment completely surrounded by greenery. Relax. If you don't want to go to the sea, you can enjoy the sun in the garden, which is very large and equipped with sunbeds and shower. The furnishings in the rooms show great attention to detail. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back.

B&B pulito curato nei minimi particolari. La stanza acqua marina ne è la prova!in posizione tranquilla nonostante la vicinanza a strada molto trafficata. Super colazione dolce/salata. Voto 10.

Il soggiorno non è stato perfetto ma è stato meraviglioso! Raramente mi sono trovata così bene in un posto, voto 10 a partire dall'accoglienza, per continuare con la location, le camere e infine la colazione. Non c'è spazio per l'incertezza, dovete assolutamente prenotare a Villa Mandrioli!

Pulita, ordinata, bello il contesto esterno è molto gentile il gestore.

Struttura vicino alle strade principali e quindi comoda anche per chi è di passaggio.
Molto curata nei dettagli. Silvia molto efficiente. Bella la camera e ottima la colazione.

Grazioso casale in stile toscano immerso nella natura. Ottima posizione, vicino alla strada principale che collega Cecina ai dintorni. Il mare dista 10 minuti in auto. Colazione varia sotto il porticato con dolci e marmellate casalinghe, qualche proposta anche salata. La camera era spaziosa, dotata di aria condizionata, ampio bagno con doccia grande e con un ampio terrazzo dotato di sdraio, tavolino e stendino. Agriturismo ben tenuto e pulito, tutti gli spazi comuni e le camere sono curatissime e pulite. A conduzione familiare, i proprietari sono una giovane coppia squisita e disponibile a dare informazioni turistiche. Se torneremo in zona, sicuramente torneremo da loro!

Siamo state ospiti di questa struttura per due notti, la prima con uno smartbox e la seconda direttamente con loro.
Silvia è stata gentilissima, sorridente e disponibile!
La camera era ampia e pulita ed aveva un grande terrazzo con tavolino e anche lettini e sdraio per prendere il sole.
Molto silenziosa la notte e abbiamo dormito bene.
A 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Cecina e a circa 10 dalle spiagge di Marina di Cecina.
Se si cerca un luogo tranquillo subito fuori dal paese è perfetto!

Ho soggiornato con i miei genitori e posso dire che è stato molto accogliente, una buonissima colazione dolce e salata.
Le camere molto pulite ed ogni giorno riordinate con precisione.
Tutto perfettamente funzionante nella camera.
Sicuramente ci tornerò.
