The Residenza Maglioni al Battistero is located on the first floor with lift of an elegant 15th century Florentine building, just 20m from Piazza Duomo, in the heart of the historic center of Florence, close to the Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, and all the attractions. of the city.

Just 6 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella Station.

All the most important places in the city can be reached on foot, without haste, in an exciting walk through art, taste and history.

Completely renovated in 2007, it offers its customers all rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, LCD TV, linen.

All perfect. The property is located 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station. Strategically positioned a stone's throw from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Given the size of the city, you are practically within walking distance of any destination. They are super organized, kind and precise welcome, they support you in everything with cordiality, sending super detailed messages via WhatsApp. The room was spotless, excellently furnished, comfortable bathroom, spacious shower. They provide customers with a kettle and minibar in the room, a coffee machine with pods for common use, a fridge always stocked with cold water at very fair prices! There are even umbrellas for customers to use! You can't say anything except, thank you for the impeccable hospitality.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Residenza Maglioni al Battistero. Great location next to the Santa María del Fiore and 5-15 min walking distance from other attractions. Also very close to SM Novella Train Station (walkable distance if not with many luggages or summer heat). Room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommended!

Amazing location, cool old building, no funny smells, clean room, AC worked nicely, plenty of room for 2 of us. There was a little confusion/mixed-communication with the manager on our arrival time (didn’t help that I had poor international cell service the first day traveling, which also meant gps didn’t work and we got lost for an hour+ walking from the train station); however, we got it all worked out. Instructions for the room and checking out were very clear. I would go back here in a heartbeat. Perfect for a few days in Florence!

Very central location just steps away from the Baptistery. Spacious, clean room and friendly staff. They provide a coffee machine and water bottles for only 50 cents. On the check-out day, they allow you to leave your luggage at the property and pick it up whenever you want. Highly recommended!

I was confused on the house number: Via De Cerretani 1. I went to number one, but there was no Tourist House. At last we met someone who told us that there are two number systems on the street: new and old. Thereafter we found the other number one. Confusing when you arrive with luggage and everything.

Perfect economy base for Florence. My room was at the front with a window to the street. Immaculately clean and comfortable! It is steps from Duomo and a short 8-10 minute walk to the train station. HOT water and strong shower pressure.

Comodissimo perché si trova in centro e nonostante sia in centro locale molto tranquillo dove ci si può riposare. Molto accogliente e camera super pulita! Il gestore cordiale e gentile. Ottimo punto di riferimento per una vacanza a Firenze. Sicuramente da ritornarci!

Comodo da raggiungere dalla stazione ferroviaria e comodo come base da cui raggiungere ogni angolo della città. Camera accogliente e pulita, con bagno privato, qualità del sonno molto buona. Il tutto ad un prezzo molto ragionevole considerata la posizione a pochi passi dal centro storico di Firenze. Proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile. Struttura sicuramente consigliabile.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura sabato 23 novembre. Siamo stati accolti dalla cortesia e dalla competenza della proprietaria. Abbiamo trovato la camera in ottime condizioni, esattamente come descritta nel sito. Ci attendeva anche un bollitore a nostra disposizione e svariati tipi di bevande tra cui scegliere. Inoltre nella parte comune potevamo usufruire di caffè e acqua (un'idea davvero simpatica). Il profumo e i colori di ogni ambiente rendevano il tutto molto molto piacevole. Lo consigliamo vivamente e sul nostro prossimo soggiorno a Firenze non abbiamo dubbi: Tourist House Battistero!

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, personale cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è ottimale per chi vuole visitare comodamente a piedi il centro storico di Firenze: i principali monumenti e musei distano tutti pochi minuti a piedi dal B&B. Inoltre è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. Sono contento di aver scelto questo B&B, se dovessi tornare a Firenze probabilmente vi ri-soggiornerei.
