I Tetti Sulla Valle is a lovely tiny apartment in the heart of Montepulciano, e few meters away from Piazza del Duomo, the historical buildings, the wine cellars and restaurants and panoramic views of rare beauty. The property, very comfortable, enjoys a panoramic view between the Val d'Orcia and the Val di Chiana, showing the typical tiled roofs.

A few miles away: Pienza, hot springs of Bagni San Filippo, San Casciano e Bagno Vignoni.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 15 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 14 to 13 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 12 to 11 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 10 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 65% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Montepulciano, authentic pearl of Tuscany, needs no introduction. The apartment is in the very heart of the town, just a stone's throw from all the attractions, on a quiete street. It's a small town, you can easily move on foot, and you can often enjoy music&art events (Cantiere Internazionale d'Arte etc.) or just wandering the streets looking for food and wine. You can also find every service you need (ATM, laundry etc) within a few feet.
