Absolutely recommended. For the cleanliness, the location, the kindness of the managers. Be careful only when arriving by car, as it is in a restricted traffic area.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and the homonymous church. In front, there is a Conad City supermarket and a few steps away several fast-food restaurants and bars. Located on the fourth floor of a historic building, it is accessed through a spacious elevator. The welcome was very warm as well as the availability. The room is lovely, very clean, and quite spacious. The bathroom was impeccable and with all the necessary items for personal hygiene.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Alinari. I traveled solo and my room was perfect for my needs. I had a spectacular view and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The location is less than a 2 minute walk from the airport tram and also very close to the rail station. It was also easy to walk to any of the major attractions. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. I will stay there again when I return!

What makes Hotel Alinari outstanding is mainly its great, super nice and welcoming employees. From the desk staff to cleaners and breakfast room staff, everyone was incredibly nice, going the extra mile, polite - in a wonderful way. Of course we expect staff to be nice, but the Alinari staff was something special! Thanks a lot for your hospitality and kindness!

Family-run small hotel near the train station, great breakfast, friendly people. In the building there are several hotels on multiple floors, elevator available. I liked that Alinari is at the top, beautiful view from the cozy breakfast room. Rooms nothing special, but completely okay, as you are only there at night in a city like Florence.

Great hotel location, 2 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from the center. Friendly and helpful staff. I asked to change a pillow and they did it without any problems, finding it in the room the same day after cleaning. A small but cozy room that I always found clean and tidy. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The structure is located on the fourth floor of a building near the station and unfortunately the elevator is small. This is, however, the only flaw of Hotel Alinari. 4-bed room spacious and very clean, with a bathroom accessories supply that I have never even found in 4-star hotels. Our room even had a bathroom with a window and modern furniture with neutral colors as we like. Perhaps the mattresses are a bit too hard, but it's difficult for me to find them as soft as we like. Excellent experience, even with the staff, not very talkative but very kind.

Everything perfect. The owners are very kind, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast is wonderful, they have a wide variety of food. It is very well located, as it is close to the center and the station. Also, at night it is very quiet, you don't hear any noise.

The staff is very kind, the room was very beautiful and tidy, very complete in general, it has air conditioning, hot water, TV, and also a small patio/balcony with some chairs and a table. Also, it is very close to Santa Maria Novella train station. I liked it a lot, excellent service.

Despite the heat, I slept well in a room, albeit small, that faced the inside of the building. The property is located near Santa Maria Novella station. The structure has a beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast with a view.

Excellent hotel located a stone's throw from the train station and very close to the historic center of the city, easily reachable on foot. Maximum availability from Cristiano and all the staff who always tried to meet every need, especially during breakfast which was already complete with fresh and varied products, from sweet to savory and fruit. Comfortable room, clean with great attention to detail; spacious bathroom with a very comfortable shower, equipped with everything you need to use it. Experience to repeat and recommend to others.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Florence on foot, both the historic center and the central station are a stone's throw away. The staff is very kind and helpful, there is a great breakfast and the room is very comfortable.

Hotel located near Santa Maria Novella station but above all 5 minutes walk from the center of Florence! Being located on the 4th floor (with elevator), there is no risk of being disturbed by noises. Modern, spacious and very clean environments (daily cleaning!) equipped with a refrigerator and TV. The impeccable and abundant international breakfast was the cherry on top of our stay. There is no parking, but the structure has an agreement with a garage that picks up and returns the car at any time, very professionally. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have asked for more. The staff is always very helpful and kind. The room was spacious, with details that made the stay even more enjoyable, but most importantly, spotless. They were truly impeccable on cleanliness. Another plus point is the location of Hotel Alinari. Very close to the station, behind the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and a five-minute walk from the Duomo. Parking lots and shops of all kinds around the hotel. We were also provided with a code to re-enter in the evening at any time, but we always found someone ready to welcome us and provide assistance if needed. A totally carefree stay, they managed everything wonderfully, making us feel pampered and at home. I will recommend it to everyone, it really deserves it.

I felt pampered right away, it's as if I were in a familiar environment thanks to the entire staff. The cherry on top was also the abundant breakfast with a truly beautiful view. Highly recommended. I will return.

Very convenient location, especially for those arriving by train and with lots of luggage. Two minutes from the station and a short walk from the center, the Central Market with its food stands is 300 meters away. Courteous and attentive manager, very kind service staff. Breakfast on the terrace with a view of the dome and bell tower is a must. Advice, ask for a room with a renovated bathroom, not all have it (but they replaced ours, another plus). Highly recommended.

Everything great, the structure, the possibility of checking in at any time thanks to the presence of a caretaker, the location. Clean bathrooms provided with all necessary accessories, including slippers and toothbrushes. We stayed for just one night, during a weekend in Florence. The location is great, in a few minutes you can reach both the train station and the city center. The managers are extremely kind, you can immediately tell that they do their best to make you feel at home and not miss anything. Despite the covid restrictions on buffets, breakfast was spectacular, we were offered everything and more! Additionally, you can eat on the outdoor terrace overlooking the city! We also received a gift upon departure and were able to leave our luggage at the reception to go to the Accademia Gallery without any problems. The only detail that disappointed me is that there were no blankets in the room, only a sheet and a bedspread on the bed... understandable considering the temperatures but I get cold easily! However, overall a great experience, highly recommend it to those who want affordable yet excellent accommodation to explore the city on foot! Thanks to Romina and Cristiano!

The structure is beautiful, very close to the station, just two minutes from all the most important monuments. The bathroom and room are new and very spacious, everything is really very clean and tidy. The managers are friendly and kind, making you feel comfortable. The breakfast is truly abundant with an incredible choice for all tastes, and if you wish, you can have breakfast on the terrace. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back.

Sono stata ospite di questa struttura molto di recente.
La posizione è ottima per chi vuole rimanere nei pressi della stazione di S. Maria Novella senza allontanarsi molto dal centro.
Il titolare è molto attento alle esigenze del cliente, la camera spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort.
Il personale è gentile e disponibile.

Praticamente al centro di firenze, adiacente la stazione di santa maria novella.
Il personale è fantastico e ci ha fatto sentire di casa. non ci hanno ospitati, ci hanno coccolati.
Ci hanno fornito indicazioni importanti e suggerimenti per il pranzo e la cena. ci torneremo sicuramente. Non fosse altro per rivederli di persona.
