Description
A bed and breafast in a beautiful agricultural house in stone completely restructured, surrounded by olive-groves. The two rooms with relative bath are very spacious and furnished with ancient furniture. The house has an large garden in which the breakfast is served.The house rises on a hill at 400 meters altitude, in a sunny position, with sight on the lake of Bilancino and on the Apennini. The lake is at 4 kms and offers the possibility of various activities (canoé, windsurf, sailboat).The place is a nice starting point for beautiful trekking tours.The house is situated three kms from the exit of the highway, 20 kms from Florence, 88 from Siena, 110 from Pisa, 80 from the Chianti, 80 from Bologna. The sea and Alps Apuanne are to 120 kms.

The date above shows incorrectly because I write this review on the one year anniversary of our stay. We stayed May 31 - June 4, 2018, we came to the area for the MotoGP. We are grateful for our time at this amazing, natural, Tuscany setting where cherries and rosemary bushes grew. The olive grove was the perfect back drop for an evening aperitivo hosted by Ricciarda, Jacque and Arturo. We were welcomed, given guidance of the area and feed a wonderful nutritious and delicious breakfast during our stay. We would have been very happy to stay forever, however there was more of Italy to explore. Thank you again. We had an amazing stay at your B&B.

Accueil et propriétaires chaleureux. Cadre magnifique avec une oliveraie jouxtant la maison et un jardin arboré. Maison agencée avec goût. Ambiance très conviviale avec les propriétaires. Malgré un bout de chemin en terre pour l'accès final à la propriété, Celui ci c'est fait sans souci pour nous qui étions à moto. Une fois arrivé l'endroit calme et verdoyant avec une vue dégagée nous a apporté quiétude et sérénité. Bel endroit de Toscane. Merci encore à Ricciarda et Jacques de leur acceuil.

Idéalement situé dans un décor de belle campagne, entre oliviers, cyprés et romarins! Accueil "comme à la maison" par des propriétaires disponibles, vaste chambre, petits déjeuners délicieux! Un havre de paix, parfait aprés une visite de Florence!

Ambiente molto pulito e accogliente. I gestori sono persone simpatiche e sempre molto disponibili. A metterti a proprio agio ci pensa anche il loro cagnolino Arturo, sempre festoso. Purtroppo per raggiungere il posto bisogna percorrere una strada sterrata non bella, ma sono disponibilissimi e gentilissimi nel dare un passaggio. Consigliatissimo!

Posto splendido, proprietari delizioni e cortesissimi. In fondo a strada tortuosa ma sapendo che all'arrivo c'è un posto splendido non crea problemi.

Ottima location per una vacanza di relax e tranquillità, disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietaria, lo consiglio a chi ama stare in mezzo alla natura e poi è comodo perché è a pochi km dall'autostrada per visitare città limitrofe!

Raggiungere la casa è un pochino difficoltoso per via di qualche centinaio di metri non asfaltati, ma la bella struttura, l'ambiente tranquillo, il verde e la campagna attorno, il confort della camera e l'ospitalità della signora proprietaria, sono ottime ragioni per tornarci, per trascorrere qualche giorno di relax o per raggiungere facilmente le città d'arte della Toscana!
