Description Breakfast
Welcome to Arezzo and to our colourful and cozy Bed and Breakfast! We are Sara and Patrizia!
Our B&B is located 300 metres from the town centre and is a 10 minute walk from the train station. There are also free car parks near our building.

Boasting delightful city views, B&B San Lorentino House offers large, comfortable rooms with balconies, free WiFi, private en suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and cleaning service.

Our B&B includes a dining area, breakfast bar and a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle and fridge-freezer.

Continental and buffet-style breakfast options are available every morning.

The nearest airport is Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport, 86 km from B&B San Lorentino House.

We speak English, German and Italian! Our family, including Aisia our friendly puppy, and our cat Attila look forward to having you as guests!

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Mi sono trovata di passaggio ad Arezzo e ho alloggiato per 1 solo giorno nel B&B San Lorentino House, dove mi sono trovata bene e a mio agio, come a casa. La camera era pulita ed accogliente ed il bagno molto comodo e spazioso. La proprietaria è stata cordiale e gentile. Inoltre, la posizione è strategica perché a pochi passi dal centro. Un posto che consiglio vivamente, per chi si troverà a visitare la deliziosa città di Arezzo.

Il B&B è situato in una palazzina e dista 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 10 minuti dalla porta di S. Lorentino che ti porta subito al centro storico, perciò buona la posizione. Camera riscaldata, pulita sebbene l’arredamento non nuovissimo ma sicuramente funzionale. Madre e figlia molto disponibili anche per il check out e per la colazione servita in un tinello sia con prodotti confezionati che fatti in casa. La consiglio sicuramente per chi vuole vedere la città arrivando col treno ma anche con la macchina avendo nelle vicinanze comode aeree parcheggio.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia ospite del B&B e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La signora che la gestisce è deliziosa e mantiene la struttura pulita e ordinatissima. Con una breve passeggiata si arriva al centro della cittadina, da consigliare.

Un B&B molto accogliente e familiare. La signora, che gestisce il B&B, è molto cordiale e molto disponibile alle esigenze di noi clienti. La stanza dove ho soggiornato è molto grande e piena di ogni confort di cui ho bisogno. La pulizia nulla da ridire. È ben fatta anche nei angoli più nascosti. Come da tradizione toscana l'ospitalità e la cortesia non è mancata. Siamo stati benissimo e la proprietaria gentilissima ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Se ricapiteremo in zona sarà il primo posto che chiamerò per soggiornare.

Ho soggiornato una notte presso questa struttura, mi sono trovata molto bene. La camera era molto carina accogliente e pulita. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti mi è stato chiesto quale fosse il mio cornetto preferito e la mattina l'ho trovato a colazione oltre a tante altre cose. In particolare essendo un amante dei gatti trovarne lì uno è stato sicuramente un valore aggiunto!

Non ho usufruito della colazione per scelta personale ma mi preme evidenziare la cortesia, la disponibilità e la discrezione di Patrizia, persona squisita con la quale sono entrata immediatamente in sintonia. Se avrò modo di tornare ad Arezzo sicuramente farò ancora riferimento a questa struttura che ho già consigliato e continuerò a consigliare a chi ne avrà bisogno.

La struttura è molto carina e accogliente, comoda sia per il centro sia per Arezzo fiere. Le proprietarie gentilissime, c'è anche il simpatico gatto Attila, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Silvia e Federico Prato.

Bed and Breakfast San Lorentino House is 300 meters away from the historic center of Arezzo. You can easily come by car or by train, it is near Autostrada A1 and 12 minutes walk from the train station of Arezzo and the Bus Terminal. It is perfect for sightseeing and visiting the historic center on foot because it is near the mean town attractions like the Duomo (Cathedral), Palazzo Comunale, Chiesa di San Francesco, Casa del Vasari and Anfiteatro Romano. We are 10 minutes walk from Centro Fiere e Congressi.
