An excellent value B&B literally 5 minutes / round the corner from the port and ferry terminals in one direction and the town centre or the "centro storico" tourist areas in the other direction. Also several good restaurants almost next door on both sides. Our room (the double at the front of the property) was spacious, very clean and had a lovely, old-fashioned ceiling. Breakfast (self-service) is also good. The only slight downsides are a) the ambulance station downstairs which was busy on one evening with several ambulances blaring out to (presumed) emergencies; b) the joint entrance hall to all the apartments in the property which is bare and undecorated and can be offputting the first time you enter.

Excellent accommodations very close to the port for those who are traveling by boat, convenient to the train station with several restaurants close by. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated, many thoughtful touches throughout and very easy to reserve.

Chambre très propre et spacieuse, idéalement situé pour visiter un peu Livourne, au pied du port et juste a coté des rues commerçantes. A km minutes du port ferry pour prendre le bateau tôt le matin, c'est parfait! Bémol sur le petit dej, un pej limité et a prendre soi même pour manger en chambre. Une bonne adresse!

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, très proche du port (ce qui est franchement un bon point quand on a un bateau à prendre tôt le lendemain), les chambres sont nickel, petit déjeuner à prendre soi même dans la chambre, et le personnel est absolument adorable. En revanche, révisez votre italien, ils ne parlent pas d'autres langues! Je recommande fortement.

Die Vermieterin war zur vereinbarten Zeit nicht erreichbar. Auch telefonisch konnten wir keinen Kontakt herstellen. Das war äußerst unzuverlässig, da wir amnächeten Tag über 1000 km fährt vor uns hatten.

Gute Lage, insbesondere für Urlauber die am nächsten Tag auf die Fähre nach Sardinien oder Korsika wollen. In der Unterkunft ist alles sauber und die Gastgeberin sehr nett. Zum Frühstück sagt man wohl eher Stehimbiss. Der Kaffeeautomat sowie paar Kekse, Croissants und Müsli befinden sich im schmalen Flur. Gegessen werden muss im Zimmer oder gleich im Stehen. Alles in allem sehr italienisch und einfach aber für Durchreisende ohne große Ansprüche die nur übernachten wollen ist diese B&B Unterkunft für 50€ unsererseits in Ordnung.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich, ebenso das Bad. Frühstück italienischer Art ist vorbereitet, wenn man die Morgenfähre nimmt. Sehr nette Leute, problemlose Kommunikation, super Lage zum Hafen, ohne daß typisches Hafenflair vorherrscht (hinsichtlich Krach etc). Kann man bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und sauber. Es hatte zwei getrennte Betten, doch für eine Nacht ausreichend. Wenn man die Fähre erreichen will, ist die Lage optimal, denn man benötigt nur fünf Minuten zum Hafen. Wir haben auf unser Frühstück verzichtet, aber im Zimmer waren zwei Brötchen, zwei Säfte und zwei kleine Flaschen Mineral und zwei Tabs für Kaffee (ein bisschen Obst wäre vielleicht noch schön gewesen). Der Betreiber war sehr freundlich.

Unterkunft in Hafennähe. Altbau im 2. Stock. Großes Zimmer, gute Betten, genug Decken. Einrichtung bescheiden. Bei niedrigen Temperaturen leider keine Heizung, vor allem im Bad. Bad am Flurende ca. 15 m vom Zimmer, muss bei Bedarf mit 2 Bewohnern geteilt werden. Bad sehr schön mit großer Dusche und ausreichend weichen Handtüchern. Infomaterial im Gang. Frühstück auf Schrank im Flur. Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Besitzerin sehr freundlich und präsent.

La struttura è perfetta come appoggio per le partenze dal porto di Livorno. La camera grande e accogliente per una famiglia di 4 persone come noi. I bagni anche se in comune con le altre stanze puliti e funzionali. Unica nota negativa il caldo sofferto durante la notte ma credo in quei giorni ci fosse un caldo eccezionale. Direi da rivedere la climatizzazione. I gestori persone gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno aiutato con informazioni preziose per noi che venivamo da Roma e non conoscevamo il Porto di Livorno.

Una sorpresa varcare la porta e trovare, in un palazzo un po trascurato, un appartamento delizioso. Peccato solo per il rumore che proveniva dalla strada, gente maleducata che gridava e ci ha svegliato. Comunque per me consigliatissimo: per chi deve imbarcarsi è super comodo.

Abbiamo dormito nel B&B la notte precedente l'imbarco per la Sardegna. La posizione è comodissima perché vicina al porto. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite, ci sono 2 bagni a disposizione e una cucina per la colazione. Sappiamo che c'erano altre persone ma non le abbiamo incontrate ne sentite. Consigliato e sicuramente torneremo se dovremo prendere la nave ad orari scomodi.

Validissimo: per noi è stato un punto di appoggio per il traghetto in Sardegna. Proprietaria disponibile ad orari "fuori misura" e gentile. Immobile che fuori può non attirare, ma il B&B è ottimo, curato, pulito e silenzioso. Ci torneremmo senza dubbio.

Partiamo dalla base che loro sono veramente gentili disponibili..insomma piacevolissima conoscenza. Abbiamo alloggiato presso la loro struttura per una notte prima di partire con il traghetto la mattina seguente. Sono a 1 minuto dagli imbarchi, si raggiunge facilmente e anche il parcheggio è di fronte alla struttura, gratuito la notte quindi nulla a cui pensare; in più mettiamoci che proprio sotto l'imbarco ci sono pizzerie e ristoranti a un passo (subito a destra dal portone c'è una pescheria ristorante dove si mangia una favola e che loro mi hanno consigliato e li ringrazio). Insomma consiglio a tutti di andare da loro se doveste trovarvi lì per qualsiasi motivo; solo per correttezza dico a chi legge che il bagno è unico e in comune con gli altri che alloggiano ma credetemi non è un problema assolutamente e comunque tutto è iper pulito. Consigliatissimo.

Tonia, gestrice della struttura è stata estremamente gentile ad aspettarti fino a tardi in quanto il nostro traghetto è arrivato con circa due ore di ritardo! Ci ha fatto vedere la camera presentato l'angolo della colazione ed i servizi ha ritirato i documenti e ci ha dato via libera per tutto! Si è quindi dimostrata una vera operatrice turistica consiglio vivamente il posto per la vicinanza al porto nel caso la gente dovesse imbarcarsi per la Sardegna!

Esternamente la struttura non curata, ma una volta entrati abbiamo trovato un ambiente nuovo e molto pulito. La stanza carina e gestore molto cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio a pagamento non custodito fino ad un certo orario proprio di fronte al B&B e poi gratuito. Comodo per chi come noi aveva l'imbarco con la nave - Moby destinazione Olbia - alle 6:30 e partenza alle 8. Consiglio vivamente.

La struttura è ottima. Le camere sono nuove e molto pulite. La colazione non è abbondante. I cornetti sono confezionati e non c'è possibilità di consumare la colazione seduti. Dista a pochissimi chilometri dal porto. Ottima per chi deve imbarcare. In linea di massima, consiglio la struttura buona.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte dal 1 al 2 agosto xche il giorno seguente avevamo l'imbarco nel porto di Livorno. Ci siamo trovati molto bene i titolari molto gentili e disponibilissimi ci hanno consigliato dove cenare e una scorciatoia per il porto! Camera pulitissima e anche il bagno mancava la tv, colazione per noi perfetta ed è vicinissimo al porto di livorno. lo consiglio.

Abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte perché la mattina presto avevamo il traghetto. Per non fare la levataccia con il piccolo di 9 mesi abbiamo deciso di optare per questa soluzione. Palazzo storico zona porto, ma appartamento ristrutturato da poco, arredamento moderno e soprattutto molto pulito. Tonia la padrona di casa, abita proprio nel B&B ed è stata molto cordiale e ospitale. Il bagno in comune non è stato affatto un disagio in quanto la pulizia e la presenza di un'altro solo inquilino ha reso tutto più semplice. Posizione ultra strategica, a due minuti di orologio dagli imbarchi traghetti per la Sardegna. Un'ottimo inizio di vacanza. Grazie!

Aspetti positivi: pulizia, camera ampia, gentilezza della proprietaria, posizione che permette di raggiungere il centro a piedi in pochi minuti. Aspetti negativi: un solo bagno per tre camere (ossia sei persone) è davvero un po' pochino, soprattutto se tutte devono prendere il traghetto al mattino più o meno alla stessa ora; parcheggio sì, ma a pagamento se si resta durante il giorno. Inoltre, ora che hanno cambiato l'accesso al porto per gli imbarchi, non è più tanto conveniente.

Peccato che il voto per il gestore si fermi a 10 perché Tonia è davvero molto gentile e premurosa. La struttura è pulita e i comfort sono presenti. La posizione permette di fare rilassanti passeggiate. Inoltre trovare parcheggio per la macchina è molto facile.

Ho trascorso una sola notte con la mia famiglia, ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per quanto riguarda la disponibilità della proprietaria, che ha atteso il nostro arrivo notturno alle ore 23:45 circa, sia per quanto riguarda la stanza, che era perfettamente pulita e in ordine. La posizione è ottimale per chi arriva dal porto, perché è proprio a due passi, per l'auto nessun problema di parcheggio, di fronte al portoncino d'ingresso c'è un ampio parcheggio. In definitiva siamo molto soddisfatti. Consigliatissimo.

Aspetti positivi: Soluzione molto comoda per gli imbarchi. Camera pulita, gestore disponibile e gentile. Aspetti negativi: non avere il bagno in camera è un po' limitativo. La colazione forse è un po' limitata. Sono comunque rimasto soddisfatto della scelta e lo consiglierei ad altri soprattutto per soggiorni di poche notti.

La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, accogliendoci con estrema cortesia seppur arrivati tardissimo. Le camere sono graziose ed accoglienti, ben curate e molto pulite, come il bagno. Da non farsi ingannare dall'aspetto esterno del palazzo, l'appartamento è davvero confortevole e nuovo.

Area city center

The B & B The Boarding is an apartment with three rooms for guests at a building site in the old city.
Medici is only a few steps from the harbor. The appartampento was restructured recently, it is coposto from 3 comfortable guest rooms including 1 double and 2 singles. The bathroom is shared by the three rooms.
Each room is equipped with TV system and internet wi-fi.
The environment is friendly and hospitable picevole to make your stay in Livorno.
There is no timetable for return.
n front of the building is a large Parking unpaid from 20. 00 pm to 8: 00 am.

Piers are 50 m, 1. 5 km from the railway station, 5 minutes drive from the Accademia Navale di Livorno and only a few steps from the Teatro Goldoni.
The first stabilemento beach is about 10 minutes on foot. The characteristic Venetian quarter, is at the back of the apartment. A few kilometers to the north there are the seaside resorts of Calambrone, Tirrenia and Marina di Pisa and, in a southerly direction, there are the beach resorts of Livorno, the reef Calafuria for wonderful days at sea in a natualistico.
