The B&B Alle Terme: a stay experience between tradition and well-being.
Dedicated to our grandparents who raised us in a hospitable, convivial family attached to traditions and values of the land. It is with this spirit that we have decided to start our business, to offer not only hospitality, but also our availability to make your stay unique and relaxing.
To preserve traditions, we have decided to give our rooms names that recall typical elements of our land and our home. The Crete Room, like the area where we are located, the Crete Senesi; the Hedge Room, like the hedges of our garden that you can admire from the window; and finally the Cherry Room, like the cherry trees that bloom between May and June, offering our guests their delicious fruits. All our rooms have been recently renovated and furnished to offer you a comfortable stay attentive to your needs.
In addition to the rooms, we provide our guests with a cozy breakfast room.
The property also offers free parking and a large garden.
The B&B Alle Terme is located in the center of the town of Rapolano Terme, from which you can quickly reach the famous wine regions of Montepulciano and Chianti, as well as art and historical cities such as Siena, Arezzo, Montalcino, Pienza, and Cortona.
The location is also privileged due to its proximity to the renowned Terme di San Giovanni and Antica Querciolaia, where you can dedicate time to relaxation and well-being.

Good Morning at the Spa is a selection of local, organic, natural, and socially sustainable products, meaning they are made by organizations committed to providing employment and social opportunities to disadvantaged individuals. Grandma's pantry always contains cereal and cookies, snacks, toast, hazelnut spread, all strictly organic, in addition to fresh products in the refrigerator, such as bread for the toaster, jams, fruit juices, yogurt, and fruit, and of course, hot beverages like cappuccino, coffee, and tea. Lastly, all of our products, if you liked them, are available for purchase on our online shop.

If there's one thing I love about the hospitality profession, it's getting to know a lot of people. I'm always happy to talk to my guests and try to make them feel at home (although I've discovered that not everyone is thrilled about it).

The structure is not new, but very well-kept and welcoming, with a pleasant little garden, but above all the managers were very kind and extremely helpful. They solved a big problem for us, with an intervention that was not due and outside working hours. Highly recommended.

Ci tornerei sicuramente vista la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Michele e sua moglie.

Palazzo Bizzarri non è un semplice B&B ma un luogo elegante dove si vive l'atmosfera d'altri tempi. Arredato con mobilio antico, la colazione servita con l'argenteria lo rende sofisticato e magico.

Alloggio davvero carino, proprietari simpaticissimi con i quali abbiamo passato una piacevolissima mezz'ora a colazione. Ottima colazione con prodotti sia proprio un casa che non e disponibilità di prodotti gluten free. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti.

La struttura è dentro il bosco e solo per questo meriterebbe il massimo dei voti.
La natura è protagonista assoluta e per chi ama immergersene è il luogo adatto come lo è per coloro a cui piace fare lunghe camminate senza particolari difficoltà, arrivando in poco tempo al paese di Rapolano e alle terme La Querciolaia. I gestori sono persone molto attente, cortesi e disponibili, pronte a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Assolutamente consigliato!

Casa singola con tre ampie stanze con bagno, non lontano dal centro di Rapolano. Colazione compresa con ogni cosa a disposizione. Arredamento non di lusso, ma ogni cosa funzionale. Mi sono trovato molto bene.

Su indicazione di Diego, un ragazzo che lavora all’autofficina “Stadio” di Rapolano Terme (spero di no ma se avrete problemi all’auto, come nel mio caso, vi consiglio di rivolgervi a lui) sono approdata al Bed and Breakfast “Alle Terme”. Ad accogliermi, gentile sorridente e molto disponibile, ho incontrato Michele il proprietario della struttura che si trova a due passi dalla strada principale del paese. La villetta dove lui è cresciuto, adesso trasformata in B&B, era di suoi nonni e nonostante sia stata ristrutturata da Michele con cura e dovizia nei particolari conserva un sapore antico. Non immaginatevi la classica stanza standard perché siete in direzione sbagliata. Io ho dormito nella camera “verde” dell’Ulivo in un letto matrimoniale con bianche lenzuola profumate. Ma potrete scegliere fra quella della Vite (rossa) e del Grano (gialla). Ogni camera è dotata di servizi, aria condizionata e tv. Nella sala della colazione vi aspetta una proposta squisita di dolce e salato e tutto ciò che occorre lo troverete riposto nella madia della “Nonna” rivestita di carta di Varese rossa, per capirsi quella con i gigli fiorentini. Lì ci troverete di tutto! Dalla crema alla nocciola più famosa del mondo, ai Cornflakes di ogni qualità, alle marmellate e confetture ed una varietà di succhi di frutta. Ampio il parcheggio ed il giardino. Inutile precisarlo ma non scontato il Bed and Breakfast “Alle Terme” è accessibile alle persone disabili.
Se, partendo da Rapolano Terme non siete mai stati a visitare queste “terre di Siena” dovete andarci. Le parole non bastano per descriverle, sembra di essere immersi in un quadro del Rinascimento. Il panorama è quello tipico delle crete senesi, casali e castelli incorniciati nel verde, vigneti e ulivi che strizzano l’occhio ai cipressi fra distese di terreni grigio e ocra che lasciano senza respiro.
Se non avessi avuto altri impegni avrei senza dubbio prolungato il mio soggiorno "Alle Terme" perché oltre a ciò che offre il territorio al Bed and Breakfast di Michele mi sono sentita a casa e questo non capita tutti i giorni.

p. s. Il bar Centrale, dove ho conosciuto Mireno, il barista dal cuore a strisce bianche e nere, tifoso del Nicchio e attore di Bruscello, è aperto tutti i giorni tutto il giorno minimo fino alle due notte. Sosta consigliata.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buona la posizione per un soggiorno alle terme ma anche per escursioni verso Siena ed Arezzo. Camere ben arredate e pulite. Colazione abbondante. I gestori Michele e Eleonora molto cordiali ed affabili. Probabilmente ci torneremo.
