Description Breakfast
It is placed in the central zone in Florence, with Park out Garage, close to the historic centre, the Airport and the Central Railway Station.

The price is for minimum two nights. Only one night +10 euro.

Access from the motorway is simple and the parking is easy and whitout payment in the street.

Under our building, there are indoor parking spaces for our clients, in secure garage with with guard, at an very good price (10 euro/day).

It is nearby and well connected to the Cathedral, to the Museums, to the Fortezza da Basso, to the Congress and Exhibition Centre, by bus in 15 minuts, bus stop at 30 mt. (see our site web with the map).

The familiar management will satisfy customers who wish to have a pleasant stay for sight-seeing, for work or other interests in one cordial and informal atmosphere, with all the comforts.

The guests, to their arrival, they will receive the keys and they can manage their stay in autonomy and reservation. A beautiful Italian breakfast will be furnished in room.

On your request, we will provide you with tourist information and facilitate your stay.

We can reserve entry tickets for museums or shows, organize tours, guided visits of Florence and excursions to nearby towns such as Chianti or to Siena and San Giminiano.

We can help residents who wish to buy from various Outlets shopping (Gucci, Armani, D&G, Fendi, Prada)
POSITION. Our Bed and Breakfast is situated in a beautiful area of Florence on Via di Novoli, one of the wider and best known streets of the city, on the 6th floor of a beautiful modern palace accessed via a lift.

The apartment is bright and from the window you can see a panoramic view of the north of the city and surrounding hills.

You can arrive directly by car and park on the street or in the nearby garage.

We serve, on request, typical Italian breakfast in the breakfast room from 8 am to 10:30 am. We offer a self-service buffet with biscuits, fresh brioche pastry, vary biscuits, butter, honey and jam in portion (more hygienic), muesli and cereals, yogurt of various flavors, fruit juices.

Also prepare on your choice: milk, coffee, tea, barley, tasty hot chocolate and an excellent cappuccino foaming, highly appreciated by our guests as can be seen in their comments.

For those who do not like sweet breakfast on your request, the day before, we prepare eggs cooked in various ways, sliced meats, cheeses and fresh fruit.

The breakfast time is an opportunity for guests to converse with our owners on the program of the day, have tourist route guidance to make the most of the artistic beauties of the city and get information on typical restaurants to taste the Florentine cuisine at affordable prices.

The breakfast allows you to meet the various guests and it's nice to exchange news, information or comments on traveling and discovered the wonders of this city.

The time spent on breakfast, if the conversation is welcome, it is a lively and cheerful time with stories and anecdotes of unusual curiosity about Florence and is the best start to a day to explore Florence.

If you want to host some privacy instead, on request, breakfast can be served in your room.

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Very clean and the host was excellent. We came in on the Firenze train station and it was an hour's walk to the B&B but discovered that the #22 Bus takes you almost to its door. The host provided a great map and information on places to go along with the transportation options. The host made sure our Taxi was called for our departure to the airport as well. Would stay there again.

An affordable B&B in a more urban environment of Florence. With a great, caring inkeeper. Franco serves home made cake for breakfast and knows how to prepare a good coffee for whiny germans who are not used to espresso! As of now, it's a bit tough to get there from the airport, as there are many construction sites along the way (I resorted to going by taxi). It's about 45 minutes on foot to the city center, but it's public transport is available.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Franco, le fait de pouvoir garer la voiture devant l'immeuble et de se rendre au centre de Florence par le bus. Seul regret le petit déjeuner copieux il est vrai mais qui se prend dans la cuisine.

Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçu par notre hôte dont la gentillesse, les conseils de visite, les adresses de restaurants nous ont permis de passer un très bon séjour. Son dévouement est remarquable. Merci. La chambre est luxueuse avec une salle de douche bien équipée, et un lit d'excellente qualité mais nous avons regretté son manque d'insonorisation: boulevard très passant pourtant au 6e étage et voisins noctambules peu discrets au moment de notre séjour. La chambre est très bien entretenue, très propre, belle et fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chocolat savoureux, viennoiseries fraîches et fruits nous ont rassasiés. Pas de problème pour garer le véhicule dans la rue. Adresse à recommander.

L’alloggio è collocato in posizione strategica, vicino all'aeroporto e con la fermata della tranvia che porta in centro città proprio di fronte. Arredato bene e molto pulito. Il sig. Franco è gentilissimo e disponibile a fornire qualsiasi informazione anche relativa a ristoranti o negozi. Colazione abbondante è superlativa.

Accoglienza ottima da parte del gestore gentilissimo e disponibile. Buona la struttura e pulizia ineccepibile. Colazione molto abbondante. Camere spaziose con bagno interno, aria condizionata e frigorifero. Parcheggio convenzionato a pagamento o parcheggi in strada su strisce bianche. Situato in zona dell'immediata periferia ed il centro è raggiungibile in 10 minuti col tram la quale fermata è a 100 metri dalla struttura per cui comodissimo. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Gestore molto disponibile e simpatico. Posizione ottima per il centro (bus sotto casa, in 15 minuti si arriva in centro). Camere ampie e funzionali, pulizia davvero curata e colazione abbondante e varia. Parcheggio in garage a pagamento sotto casa, comodo e conveniente (10 euro per 24h). Da ritornarci sicuramente quando si torna a Firenze.

Proprietaria gentilissima. Stanza molto carina con bagno in camera. Presto il B&B sarà servito dal servizio di tramvia, che lo renderà facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella.

Che dire? 10 e lode sotto tutti gli aspetti. Cercavo un posto tranquillo e sicuro per mia figlia di 17 anni alla sua prima gita da sola con un'amica e non avrei potuto trovare di meglio. I gestori sono super gentili, cordiali ed attenti davvero a tutto. Ho parlato con la signora Lella a lungo al telefono al momento della prenotazione e ha dissipato tutte le mie preoccupazioni, ho trovato una persona squisita, molto precisa e professionale e al tempo stesso affabile e rassicurante, una persona di grande cultura e deliziosamente vecchio stampo, così come suo marito, il signor Franco, col quale ho avuto piacere di parlare a fine soggiorno, per ringraziarlo telefonicamente per la stupenda accoglienza e la gentilezza con la quale ha trattato le ragazze. Non è solo un gestore ma una persona che ci mette il cuore nel suo lavoro e si spende per la piena soddisfazione del cliente. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a tutti coloro che desiderano stare in un posto sicuro, molto pulito, con ambienti raffinati e con accoglienza e trattamento familiare anche nella colazione che è abbondante e varia. Inoltre il B&B è comodo ai mezzi e a 20 minuti dal centro, in zona residenziale e non caotica ma dove si può trovare tutto ciò che serve. I prezzi sono buoni e la qualità ottima. Grazie!

Il B&B è accogliente, pulito e ti sembra di essere a casa. Il gestore della struttura, il Signor Franco, è una persona squisita, disponibile e capace di farti sentire a tuo agio fin dal primo incontro (non sottovalutate i suoi consigli per la visita della città di Firenze alla scoperta dei musei e dei luoghi "più nascosti"). Da sportiva ho apprezzato la posizione del B&B perché non è troppo lontano dal centro (10 minuti di pullman), in una posizione silenziosa e soprattutto vicina ad un magnifico parco dove poter andare a correre, immerso nel verde e nella natura (Parco Le Cascine). Per quanto mi riguarda, ritornerò di sicuro in questo B&B: assolutamente consigliato!

Struttura ben gestita e in una buona posizione per raggiungere il centro città. Il Signor Ricci è stato di una gentilezza squisita dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie per visitare la città ed è stato davvero ospitale. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, sicuramente consigliabile.

Come da nome, in questo B&B abbiamo trovato tanta armonia ma soprattutto accoglienza. Il proprietario, il signor Franco è stato fin da subito una persona disponibile e molto gradevole e ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a "casa". La camera era molto bella, pulita e arredata con gusto e con tutti i confort richiesti (frigo minibar, aria condizionata, tv con supporto USB, bagno interno). La colazione è molto abbondante, e adatta a tutte le esigenze/abitudini alimentari, e non manca di certo il calore umano, poichè Franco è una persona molto socievole e parlare con lui è molto piacevole. La posizione è molto comoda, dista 10 minuti di autobus dal centro di Firenze, e la fermata è a due passi dal B&B. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno in vacanza (Ristoranti, McDonald, Gelateria, Supermercati, Lavanderie, Posta, POS banca Unicredit). La struttura è ottima, le stanze hanno tutto quello che serve e sono pulite e ordinate. Il gestore è disponibile e cortese e la colazione abbondante e varia. L'unico punto dolente (se così si può definire) è che la struttura è un po lontana dal centro città e quindi si è costretti a prendere l'autobus (22) la cui fermata comunque è a dieci metri dal portone d'ingresso. D'altro canto nelle vicinanze ci sono molte strutture commerciali. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chi vuole visitare una città stupenda come Firenze che ha tanto da offrire!

Siamo stati benissimo al B&B e il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio facilmente, poi siamo ci siamo spostati con l'autobus (10 minuti per il centro storico); la fermata è situata a pochi metri dall'alloggio e le corse sono frequenti anche alla sera. La colazione non era prevista ma ci è stata gentilemnete offerta. Ci torneremo.

Viaggio di coppia a fine agosto, ci siamo trovati benissimo grazie alla squisita accoglienza di Franco, la struttura è accanto alla fermata dell'unico autobus che ferma sotto la Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore e ci impiega un 20 minuti al massimo. La camera era ben pulita, arredata di buon gusto e fornita di climatizzatore che ci ha salvato dalla calura di agosto. Io e la mia compagna ci torneremo sicuramente al prossimo viaggio a Firenze.

Mi sono trovata benissimo, il Signor Franco è gentilissimo, in pochi minuti ero in centro grazie all'autobus che si fermava sotto il B&B. Per me è stato l'ideale perché avendo io le chiavi potevo andare e venire come volevo e cosa per me importante non dovevo rapportarmi con nessun altro se non con il signor Franco la mattina per la colazione. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in 4. Il gestore (Franco) era molto cordiale e disponibile; la camera era adatta alle nostre esigenze. La colazione era abbondante ed Franco molto disponibile nel venire incontro alle esigenze dei bambini (ottimi i cornetti). Ci ha anche consigliato dei locali molto interessanti che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto provare (era sabato sera ed erano tutti pieni, sarebbe stata necessaria la prenotazione) ma che promettevano molto bene. Molto comodo come posizione per raggiungere il centro (la fermata dell'autobus è a pochi metri).

Struttura perfetta per visitare Firenze senza stress, economica, comoda alla fermata del bus che porta in centro in 15 minuti, biglietti acquistabili nel bar sottostante. Camera graziosa e nonostante il traffico della periferia comunque confortevole. Gestore disponibile e cordiali, ottimi consigli per visite e locali tipici; forse l'unico difetto la pulizia poco profonda, forse da affidare a mano più esperta. Ad ogni modo torneremo volentieri!

È un B&B molto piacevole, non molto centrale, ma comodo per i trasporti. Il Signor Franco è una persona veramente piacevole e molto attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Ottima la pulizia sia del bagno (piccolo, ma molte funzionale), sia della camera. Tornerò senz'altro a soggiornare presso di loro.

We introduce ourselves: I Franco, I love nature, cooking and photography (which is a hobby of mine), my wife, "Lella" love history, literature, painting and science.

We love both the good and beautiful things, even very good: good food (and it shows!) And our fine wines can be enjoyed in moderation, I have a diploma in Sommellier Fisar, so taste a wine is a ritual! With great pleasure I enjoy cooking, family and friends say "successfully". I also like to learn about restaurants and try new dishes: both in Italy and abroad prefer to order the dishes of the local cuisine.

We love to travel to cities and beach holidays, we like to go scuba diving and snorkeling.

We like to stay with friends and socialize with everyone, especially me are cheerful and playful, my wife is more reserved and wiser.

We love to travel to get to know new places and people.

Our philosophy can be summed up in "The whole world is my country, every man is my brother".
